The Hamilton Beach Air Grill uses Air Turbo 360° Technology, which circulates hot air to cook food evenly while reducing the need for oil. Paired with a high-heat ceramic grill plate, the appliance creates grill marks and a charred finish designed to replicate the taste and appearance of charcoal-grilled dishes.
The appliance also features an ultra-high temperature of up to 230°C, allowing users to quickly sear meat while helping lock in natural juices.

According to Hamilton Beach, the appliance uses Air Turbo 360° Technology for oil-free cooking and crispier results, reaches temperatures of up to 230°C for high-heat searing, and features extra-thick, extra-wide grill plates capable of cooking up to six steaks or 900 grams of French fries.
Additional features include a Reduced Oil Smoke System to help minimize smoke during cooking, a removable ceramic-coated grill plate for easier cleaning, and 15 preset cooking modes for steak, chicken wings, pizza, fish, shrimp, sausages, kebabs, eggplant, French fries, sweet potatoes, cheese toast, egg tarts, duck, and dried fruit.
The company said the Air Grill is designed to prepare a wide range of dishes—from grilled meats and vegetables to air-fried snacks—making it suitable for everyday family meals.
