Cabal Fest 2026 Unites SEA Servers; Philippines Finishes Strong in Regional MMORPG Showdown

Southeast Asia’s Cabal Fest 2026: True Champions – Grandmaster Showdown brought together regional servers for the first time in 20 years, drawing over 60,000 live viewers and more than 10,000 registered participants across Thailand, the Philippines, and Indonesia.

The event marked a major competitive milestone for Combo Interactive’s MMORPG ecosystem, combining tournament play, community events, and regional showmatches into a single unified SEA stage. Philippine squads ended the event with multiple podium finishes across both main competitive divisions.

SEA Unified Stage Delivers Largest Cabal Competitive Event in Two Decades

Cabal Fest 2026 stood as the largest cross-region Cabal competition to date, featuring 18 top teams and 90 pro players competing across structured tournament brackets.

Beyond the main matches, players participated in side activities including quiz battles, enhancement challenges, KOL showmatches, and server-wide reward events, expanding engagement beyond traditional esports competition formats.

The scale positioned Cabal Fest as both a competitive tournament and a live-service community event spanning multiple SEA servers.

Philippines Secures Multiple Podium Finishes Across Two Divisions

Filipino teams delivered a strong showing across both Cabal: Ultimate Combo and Cabal: Infinite Combo, securing two podium placements in the final standings.

In Cabal: Ultimate Combo, Amplified finished third, while Thailand’s TreeMaple took first place ahead of Skibidi Rangers.

In Cabal: Infinite Combo, MANGOLA FAMIGLIA secured second place after pushing eventual champions SunnyXD to a 2–2 finish in the grand finals, before falling in the deciding game. Exterminate rounded out the top three.

The results placed the Philippines among the most consistent regions in the tournament despite Thailand maintaining overall championship control across both divisions.

Tight Grand Finals Highlight SEA Competitive Gap

The most competitive series came from the Infinite Combo grand finals, where MANGOLA FAMIGLIA forced a full series against SunnyXD.

The match reached a 2–2 deadlock before Thailand’s top squad closed the series in the final game, highlighting the narrow gap between regional contenders at the highest level.

The series became one of the defining competitive moments of Cabal Fest 2026, setting the tone for future SEA rivalries.

Combo Interactive Teases “Project X” and Cabal Red SEA Expansion

Following the tournament, Combo Interactive outlined its long-term roadmap for the franchise, focusing on expanded competitive systems, regional integration, and live-service updates.

The publisher also teased Project X, a new initiative tied to future Thailand vs SEA competitive structures, signaling continued investment in cross-region competition.

A major reveal came with Cabal Red SEA, a next-generation regional build positioned as a large-scale upgrade of the Cabal ecosystem, targeting improved visuals, expanded systems, and broader SEA integration.

What This Means for SEA Cabal Esports

Cabal Fest 2026 established a unified competitive baseline for Southeast Asia’s MMORPG scene, with Thailand and the Philippines emerging as the most consistent regions across both divisions.

The Philippines’ podium finishes reinforce its competitive depth heading into future regional cycles, while Combo Interactive’s roadmap signals continued expansion of SEA-wide structured competition.

With Project X and Cabal Red SEA in development, the next phase of the franchise points toward a more integrated and rivalry-driven SEA ecosystem.
