‘Scrubs’ Revival Returns February 26 on Disney+

Disney+ has unveiled the first official trailer for the highly anticipated Scrubs revival, teasing the return of Sacred Heart Hospital with all the heart, humor, and chaos fans loved in the original series.

The revival’s two-episode season one premiere is set for Thursday, February 26, giving longtime viewers a fresh glimpse into the world of J.D., Turk, and the rest of the hospital crew—alongside a brand-new generation of interns navigating the challenges of modern medicine.

Synopsis

Picking up in the present day, the revival finds J.D. and Turk back together after years apart. While the landscape of medicine has changed and hospital life is more complex than ever, their legendary bromance remains unshakable.

Fans can expect both familiar antics and new comedic twists as veteran staff and fresh faces adjust to the fast-paced hospital environment. The original series creator, Bill Lawrence, returns as executive producer, alongside Jeff Ingold and Liza Katzer of Doozer Productions. Zach Braff, Donald Faison, and Sarah Chalke also serve as executive producers, while Aseem Batra steps in as showrunner and executive producer. Randall Winston joins the team as an additional executive producer. The series is produced under 20th Television, part of Disney Television Studios, ensuring the revival retains the same high production quality and storytelling style that made the original show a beloved classic.
