Motorcycle taxi platform MOVE IT has rolled out its new brand promise, “Keep Moving,” aiming to offer commuters faster, safer, and more professional moto-taxi services across metro cities.

The initiative is driven by the reality many Filipinos face daily: traffic. According to TomTom’s 2025 traffic data, Manila commuters lose around 143 hours annually in rush-hour congestion — more than five full days. “Traffic steals time we never get back. Keep Moving is the confidence that you’ll get there,” said Wayne Jacinto, MOVE IT General Manager.

MOVE IT’s pledge combines intelligent trip routing, rider matching, and in-app safety features with a professional rider network. Powered by GrabMaps and Navigation, the platform provides accurate ETAs, adaptive routes, and optimal pick-up and drop-off points. Back-to-Back Bookings allow rider-partners to get their next assignment before completing a trip. This reduces idle time and ensuring more riders are available when demand peaks.

“When rider-partners operate efficiently, more commuters can keep moving,” Jacinto noted.

Safety Tools for Real-World Rides

The platform also integrates in-app safety tools for both riders and passengers. The Safety Center lets users share trip details, set emergency contacts, or request help instantly, while Share Your Ride links provide live tracking. MOVE IT-exclusive features like Trip Monitoring and AudioProtect use GPS and encrypted in-ride audio to detect risks, investigate incidents, and resolve disputes efficiently. Mutual ratings and feedback flows further reinforce accountability, with retraining or restrictions applied when needed.

MOVE IT emphasizes high professional standards for its rider community, covering screening, training, and ongoing reinforcement in driving discipline, service quality, and passenger courtesy.
