TCL is expanding its presence in the Philippine smartphone market with the launch of the NXTPAPER 60 Ultra, NXTPAPER 70 Pro, and K70 Power 4G, bringing its display expertise to a new range of mobile devices.
The new lineup is led by TCL’s proprietary NXTPAPER technology, which combines hardware and software designed to provide a more comfortable viewing experience while maintaining color and image quality.
First introduced in 2021, NXTPAPER is designed to reduce eye strain during extended smartphone use, with the latest lineup featuring NXTPAPER 4.0 displays.

TCL NXTPAPER 60 Ultra targets mobile productivity
The NXTPAPER 60 Ultra serves as the flagship of TCL’s new Philippine smartphone lineup, combining its eye-friendly display with AI-powered productivity features and a more capable camera system.
The phone features a 7.2-inch 120Hz FHD+ NXTPAPER 4.0 display and is powered by the D7400 Elite chipset running Android 16. It comes with 12GB of RAM, expandable by another 12GB, and 512GB of storage, with support for microSD cards of up to 2TB.
For photography, the device uses a 50MP main camera with OIS, a 50MP 3x telephoto camera with OIS, and an 8MP ultra-wide camera. A 32MP front-facing camera handles selfies and video calls.
The NXTPAPER 60 Ultra also packs a 5,200mAh battery with 33W charging and dual speakers.
NXTPAPER 70 Pro balances work and entertainment
The NXTPAPER 70 Pro takes a more versatile approach, combining TCL’s display technology with AI productivity tools, camera features, and MuseFilm capabilities for users who move between work and entertainment.
It comes with a 6.9-inch 120Hz FHD+ NXTPAPER 4.0 display and a MediaTek D7300 chipset, with Android 16 handling the software experience. The smartphone offers 8GB of RAM, expandable by another 16GB, alongside 256GB of storage and microSD support of up to 2TB.
Its rear camera setup consists of a 50MP main camera with OIS and an 8MP autofocus ultra-wide camera, while a 32MP front camera handles selfies.
A 5,200mAh battery and 33W charging support the device, which also features dual speakers. The NXTPAPER 70 Pro comes in Nebula Gold colorway.
K70 Power 4G prioritizes battery life
For users who value endurance over flagship performance, TCL is also introducing the K70 Power 4G.
The smartphone is designed to provide up to three days of use on a single charge, according to TCL, making battery life its primary focus.
The K70 Power 4G features a 6.75-inch 120Hz display with a 720 x 1570 resolution and is powered by the Helio G100 Ultra chipset.
It comes with 4GB of RAM, expandable by another 8GB, and 128GB of storage. Users can further expand storage through a microSD card of up to 2TB.
The rear camera setup includes a 50MP main and macro camera alongside a 0.08MP secondary camera, while an 8MP front camera handles selfies.
The phone carries a 5,200mAh battery with 18W charging and dual speakers. It weighs 190 grams and comes in Nebula Blue.
TCL smartphones now available in the Philippines
The new TCL smartphones are now available through Shopee, with introductory pricing starting at ₱9,495 for the K70 Power 4G.
The NXTPAPER 70 Pro with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage is priced at ₱22,995, while the NXTPAPER 60 Ultra with 12GB RAM and 512GB storage starts at ₱35,995.
The launch marks TCL’s push to bring its display technology beyond televisions and into the mobile market, with the NXTPAPER lineup placing visual comfort alongside performance, productivity, and entertainment.
