LG Electronics Philippines has introduced its new 19kg Top Load Washer with AI DD, Steam, ezDispense, and EasyUnload (TX2519ST5J), targeting households that need to handle larger laundry loads without sacrificing fabric care and convenience.
The new LG washer combines AI-powered washing, steam-based hygiene care, automatic detergent dispensing, and smart connectivity through LG ThinQ. Its 19kg capacity also gives larger households more room to handle everyday clothing, linens, and heavier loads in fewer cycles.
LG’s 19kg washer uses AI to adjust washing performance
The washer’s main feature is AI Wash, which analyzes the laundry inside the drum and adjusts its washing motions according to the type of fabric and soil level.
LG pairs this with its 6 Motion technology and Inverter Direct Drive motor. The system uses six different washing motions to provide a more thorough clean while helping reduce unnecessary stress on fabrics.
The combination is designed to balance cleaning performance, fabric protection, and energy efficiency rather than applying the same washing pattern to every load.
For households dealing with a mix of everyday clothes and heavier fabrics, this means the washer can automatically adapt its approach depending on what is being washed.
ezDispense reduces repetitive laundry steps
The 19kg LG washer also addresses one of the more repetitive parts of doing laundry with ezDispense, an automatic detergent and fabric softener dispenser. The system can store enough detergent and softener for up to 15 loads, allowing the machine to dispense the appropriate amount during a wash cycle without requiring users to measure detergent each time.
LG also designed the washer with a rear control panel, keeping the controls positioned away from the loading area.
Meanwhile, its EasyUnload design uses an angled front to make it easier to reach into the drum when removing clothes, an especially useful consideration for a large-capacity top-load machine.

Steam adds another layer of laundry care
Beyond regular washing, the LG TX2519ST5J features Steam Allergy Care, which uses steam to help remove stains and allergens.
The feature is positioned as an additional hygiene option for clothing, linens, and other frequently used fabrics. It gives the washer a function beyond basic stain removal by adding another layer of care for households concerned about cleanliness and allergens.
LG ThinQ brings the washer into the smart home
Connectivity is another part of the appliance’s feature set through LG ThinQ.
The smart platform complements the washer’s automated functions, giving users connected features alongside AI Wash, 6 Motion, ezDispense, EasyUnload, and Steam Allergy Care.
Rather than adding connectivity as a standalone feature, LG has integrated it into a broader approach focused on reducing manual steps involved in everyday laundry.
LG 19kg Top Load Washer: Key features
For households considering the new LG washer, its main features include a 19kg capacity for larger household laundry loads, AI Wash for automatically adjusted washing motions, 6 Motion technology for customized washing movements, an Inverter Direct Drive motor, and Steam Allergy Care for added hygiene and allergen care.
The washer also comes with ezDispense automatic detergent and fabric softener dispensing, an EasyUnload design for easier access to clothes, a rear control panel, and LG ThinQ smart connectivity.
With larger-capacity appliances becoming increasingly focused on automation and fabric care, LG’s latest top-load washer combines those trends in a machine designed primarily around reducing the effort involved in frequent laundry.
The 19kg capacity addresses larger household loads, while AI Wash, automatic dispensing, steam care, and smart connectivity aim to make the washing process less dependent on manual adjustments.
