BenQ launches new MA Series monitors built for Mac users in the Philippines

BenQ has expanded its monitor lineup in the Philippines with the launch of the new MA Series, a range of displays designed specifically for Mac users and creative professionals working within Apple’s ecosystem.

The new lineup includes the BenQ MA270S and MA320UG, both positioned as premium productivity and content creation monitors with Mac-focused color tuning, Thunderbolt 4 connectivity, and high-resolution panels aimed at designers, video editors, and multimedia creators.

The launch also builds on BenQ’s growing push into creator-focused displays as more professionals look for external monitors that can closely match the visual experience of Apple devices.

BenQ MA270S focuses on 5K clarity for creative work

The BenQ MA270S targets professionals who require high pixel density and accurate color reproduction for detailed creative projects.

The monitor features a 27-inch 5K display with a 5120 x 2880 resolution and 218 pixels per inch, placing it in direct competition with other premium Mac-oriented displays in the market.

BenQ says the MA270S covers 99% of the P3 color gamut and offers a 2000:1 contrast ratio, helping maintain color consistency across editing, design, and post-production workflows.

The company positions the display as an option for creators who experience color inconsistencies when moving projects between MacBooks and third-party monitors.

MA320UG brings 4K 120Hz support for video creators

The BenQ MA320UG introduces a 4K display with a 120Hz refresh rate for users focused on motion-heavy workflows.

BenQ positions the monitor for video editors, multimedia artists, and creators producing high-frame-rate content, where smoother playback and motion clarity are increasingly important.

The display features 4K resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, 98% P3 color coverage, a 2000:1 contrast ratio, and Thunderbolt 4 connectivity.

Higher refresh rate displays have become more relevant in creative workflows as editing software and modern operating systems continue adopting smoother UI animations and real-time preview systems.

Thunderbolt 4 and Smart KVM expand productivity features

Both new MA Series monitors from BenQ include Thunderbolt 4 support, allowing users to connect compatible Mac devices through a single cable for display output, charging, and data transfer.

BenQ also integrates Smart KVM functionality, enabling users to control multiple connected devices using a single keyboard and mouse setup.

Other shared features include Nano Gloss display panels, adjustable ergonomic stands, daisy-chain support via Thunderbolt 4, and Display Pilot 2 software integration.

The Display Pilot 2 software allows Mac users to manage monitor settings directly from macOS, including brightness and volume adjustments using MacBook controls.

BenQ continues expanding Mac-focused display lineup

The new BenQ MA270S and BenQ MA320UG join BenQ’s existing MA Series monitor lineup, which already includes the BenQ MA270UP and BenQ MA320UP available in the Philippines.

The earlier models feature 4K IPS displays, 95% DCI-P3 color gamut coverage, USB-C connectivity with up to 90W power delivery, and 60Hz refresh rates.

With the addition of 5K and 120Hz options, BenQ is broadening its appeal to creators looking for alternatives to Apple’s own display offerings while maintaining Mac-optimized color calibration and workflow compatibility.

The BenQ MA270S and MA320UG are expected to become available in the Philippines within May 2026. Existing MA Series monitors are already available through BenQ retail partners, Shopee, and Lazada.
