For many Filipinos, a smartphone becomes more than a device over time. It becomes a record of family milestones, memorable trips, unexpected adventures, and everyday moments worth keeping. That idea is at the heart of vivo Philippines‘ #MyvivoStory, a community campaign inviting users to share the personal stories behind their vivo phones for a chance to win a vivo V70 or a limited-edition vivo Bluetooth Speaker.
Through a series of weekly questions, vivo is asking its community to revisit different chapters of their smartphone journeys, including “What’s your first vivo phone?”, “What’s your vivo story?”, “Trust vivo moment,” and “Travel with vivo.”
Several users have already shared stories showing how their vivo devices became part of their lives.
From a first phone to years of memories
For Rodrod Pimentel, his vivo journey began in 2018 with the vivo Y81.
More than eight years later, he says his first vivo phone is still functional despite surviving a series of mishaps, including accidentally going through the laundry and being dropped multiple times.
“I accidentally left it in my pants’ pocket before putting through the laundry, I dropped it multiple times, and even had my 10-year-old niece accidentally jump over it, yet, the phone continues to work,” Pimentel shared.
His experience turned his first vivo phone into more than an old device. It became something that stayed with him through years of everyday experiences.
Capturing children’s milestones from one vivo to another
For Christine Redondo, her vivo story is closely tied to her family.
She first used the vivo V23 to photograph her eldest child’s milestones. Now, she continues documenting her youngest child using the vivo V70.
“Ang trust vivo moment ko ay tuwing kinukuhanan ko ang anak ko ng monthly milestone nila. Mula sa panganay ko, vivo V23 ang gamit ko. Ngayon, sa bunso ko, vivo V70 naman. Thank you, vivo, sa magandang camera,” she shared.
For Redondo, the camera has become a way to preserve the small changes that come with watching children grow, turning each photo into a record of moments that can quickly pass.
A pyromusical night captured on the vivo X200

For Keith Andrew Pacio, his standout vivo memory came during a pyromusical event at SM Mall of Asia.
Using his vivo X200, Pacio captured fireworks lighting up the night sky, preserving the colors and movement of the spectacle.
“Using my vivo X200, I didn’t have any issues capturing great images. One of the best samples here is this photo. It captured the moment perfectly when we were watching the pyromusical event in SM MOA,” he shared.
The experience became what he described as a “definite wow moment,” showing how smartphone cameras can help preserve fleeting experiences long after they happen.
A family milestone in Hong Kong
For Joyal Hope, her favorite vivo memory came during her family’s first trip abroad.
While visiting Hong Kong, she used her vivo V29 to take a family photo at Madame Tussauds, capturing a moment that represented both a new destination and a milestone for her family.
“My favorite photo was taken at Hong Kong Madame Tussauds during our first-ever family trip abroad. My vivo V29 beautifully captured not just the moment, but the joy, excitement, and love we shared that day,” Hope shared.
The photo has since become more than a travel souvenir, serving as a reminder of the experience and the people she shared it with.
Her story also ties into the latest #MyvivoStory question, which asks users to “Share your favorite travel photos captured on your vivo phone.”

More vivo stories are still waiting to be told
The stories shared through #MyvivoStory highlight how a smartphone can become intertwined with the experiences of its owner.
From a first phone that survives years of use to photos of growing children, spectacular events, and family adventures abroad, each story offers a different look at the memories people choose to preserve.
vivo Philippines will continue the campaign through its weekly Questions of the Week, giving its community more opportunities to share their experiences.
To participate, users can follow vivo Philippines on Facebook, answer each Question of the Week, and use #MyvivoStory, #vivoxAnneCurtis, and #vivoX300Ultra when sharing their responses.
Participants who complete all the Questions of the Week will get a chance to win a brand-new vivo V70 or a limited-edition vivo Bluetooth Speaker.
With #MyvivoStory, vivo Philippines is turning conversations about smartphones into a collection of personal stories—one photo, memory, and experience at a time.
