NetEase Games is celebrating the first anniversary of Dunk City Dynasty with the addition of three new NBA stars, led by Hall of Famer Allen Iverson.
The anniversary update also introduces new in-game events, login rewards, and playoff-themed prediction activities tied to the ongoing NBA postseason.
Allen Iverson headlines anniversary roster expansion
Allen Iverson joins Dunk City Dynasty as one of the most recognizable basketball icons of the 2000s, bringing his signature scoring style and quick ball-handling to the 3v3 streetball title.
According to NetEase Games, Iverson’s in-game playstyle focuses on explosive drives to the basket, fast-paced offensive pressure, isolation scoring, and momentum-shifting offensive abilities.
The addition continues the game’s strategy of blending current NBA players with retired legends to diversify roster options and gameplay styles.
Paul Pierce and Tyler Herro also join the lineup
Alongside Iverson, Paul Pierce and Tyler Herro are also joining the playable roster.
Pierce adds a more balanced offensive profile centered on shooting and physical play, while Herro introduces perimeter scoring and modern guard-oriented gameplay.
NetEase says the three additions expand lineup flexibility and create more strategic combinations for competitive matches.
Anniversary events offer rewards and cosmetics
Dunk City Dynasty’s anniversary celebration includes multiple limited-time events running from May 7 to June 8.
The “1st Anniversary Candy Giveaway” login campaign allows players to collect rewards without requiring consecutive daily logins.
Additional anniversary activities include the 1st Anniversary Candy House, Anniversary Superstar Choice Chests, exclusive costumes, rare vouchers, and bonus candy rewards through the Cake Party event.
