MLBB x Naruto Collab Returns for Phase 2, Adds Minato and Itachi Skins

Mobile Legends: Bang Bang has officially relaunched its collaboration with Naruto, rolling out Phase 2 of the MLBB x Naruto event with new skins, returning content, and limited-time activities running until May 11.

Following the success of its initial crossover, the latest update expands the collaboration with additional characters from the Hidden Leaf Village, while reintroducing fan-favorite skins from the first phase.

Minato and Itachi headline Phase 2 skins

The second phase introduces two new collaboration skins:

  • Minato Namikaze (Gusion), featuring high-mobility abilities inspired by the Flying Raijin technique
  • Itachi Uchiha (Julian), built around fire-based Ninjutsu and Sharingan-themed visuals

These additions expand the Naruto-themed roster, which already includes returning skins such as Naruto (Lukas), Sasuke (Suyou), Sakura (Kalea), Kakashi (Hayabusa), and Gaara (Vale).

The crossover continues to align MLBB heroes with iconic Naruto characters, integrating signature abilities and visual effects into gameplay.

Draw event returns with guaranteed rewards

Players can acquire collaboration skins through the MLBB x Naruto Draw Event, which features discounted daily draws using Diamonds.

The event guarantees a permanent collaboration skin or themed reward within the first 10 draws, maintaining a similar system to the initial phase of the crossover.

Free content and progression systems added

Beyond premium skins, the event introduces multiple free and progression-based rewards.

Players can unlock Vale’s Gaara skin at no cost through the “Ninja Training Path,” which also grants themed ranks such as Genin, Chunin, Jonin, and Kage based on progression.

A Carnival Mode trial allows players to test Naruto skins for free, while additional rewards—including battle effects, trial cards, and event items—are available throughout the campaign.

Starting April 10, previously released Phase 1 skins can also be redeemed using event-earned skin experience cards.

Sustained push for IP collabs

The return of the Naruto crossover highlights MLBB’s continued push toward high-impact IP collaborations to drive engagement. By expanding the event into multiple phases, the game sustains player interest while introducing new monetization and progression systems tied to limited-time content.

The addition of new skins alongside free rewards also balances accessibility and premium offerings, a model commonly used in large-scale live-service events.

The MLBB x Naruto Phase 2 event will run until May 11, with more in-game activities expected throughout the campaign period.
