Honor of Kings launches its latest Flow Update, introducing new gameplay features, events, and hero adjustments aimed at refreshing the experience in The Gorge.
The update adds Yango, a new hero joining the roster, alongside new gameplay mechanics such as the Super Flow Spriteling, expanded customization features, and a lineup of limited-time rewards and activities for players.
At the same time, the update coincides with the game’s official launch in India, expanding the community and marking another milestone for the mobile MOBA’s global growth.
Super Flow Day Brings Limited-Time Rewards
Starting March 14, the game introduces Super Flow Day Perks, a special event offering players a variety of limited-time bonuses.
Players can collect and redeem limited-time tokens, participate in free draws, and unlock exclusive cosmetics including new skins and a Flowborn outfit. The event also features flash sales for Yango skins, double partner event points, and special rewards tied to seasonal celebrations such as a Ramadan Spriteling and a Ramadan Green Packet Shower that can grant up to 10,000 tokens.

New Super Flow Spriteling Abilities
The update also introduces the Super Flow Spriteling, which grants players one of three new abilities during matches.
Players can activate Runsie, which shrinks the character to knock back nearby enemies while increasing movement speed. Another option, Bigly, enlarges the hero to increase maximum health at the cost of movement speed. Meanwhile, Coolio reduces skill cooldowns but consumes a portion of the player’s current health.
Each ability offers situational advantages and adds a new layer of tactical decision-making during gameplay.
New Hero and Balance Changes
The Flow Update introduces Yango as a playable hero, available through direct purchase using token vouchers or star stones, with a discounted price during the first week of release.
Several existing heroes also receive adjustments. Nezha now provides full-map vision for improved team support, while Luara gains an increased range on the first skill and stronger ultimate damage. Meanwhile, Fatih receives attack speed adjustments and improvements to the fluidity of its slash attack animation, alongside changes that allow empowered attacks to restore health.

Improved Customization and Quality-of-Life Features
Beyond gameplay changes, the update includes several quality-of-life improvements based on player feedback.
The Play as You Download feature now includes a clearer download progress interface, while the game’s overall file size has been optimized to reduce storage requirements. Essential content now takes up less space, and optional assets will automatically download only when sufficient storage is available.
Players can also personalize their experience with 10 new lobby background music tracks, many of which feature esports or regional themes, along with additional loading screen and download customization options.
Community Gameplay Creation and In-Game Events
Beginning March 15, players can participate in the Super Flow Brawl Gameplay Creation Challenge, where they can submit ideas for new hero skills, passive effects, or gameplay mechanics. The top 10 concepts will be voted on by the community, with the winning idea potentially implemented in a future update.
Meanwhile, the Festival of Lanterns Treasure Hunt continues until March 21, allowing players to complete missions, collect treasure codes, and unlock special lantern rewards. The event will culminate in an offline finale at Eastwood Outdoor Garden – Central Plaza.
HoK Benefits Introduces New Season Rewards
The Flow Update also marks the start of a new season for HoK Benefits, featuring the G113 prize pool with rewards including the iPhone 17 Pro, iQOO 15R, and the PlayStation 5 Slim.
Players can also participate in the “Million Benefits Share” event beginning March 13, where the community works together to unlock a national prize pool of up to 10 million Benefits Coin Fragments, which can be exchanged for real-world rewards.
With new heroes, expanded gameplay features, and a major regional launch, the Flow Update aims to bring fresh energy to the growing global community of Honor of Kings players.
