Maya continues to expand its role in government digital payments after processing over ₱24 billion in transactions for Pag-IBIG Fund in 2025. The figure covers savings contributions and loan payments made through Virtual Pag-IBIG and reflects sustained growth in digital financial services adoption.

The digital financial platform also earned recognition as a Top Collecting Partner for Pag-IBIG Fund for the third consecutive year, underscoring its continued integration into the agency’s payment ecosystem.

In 2025, Maya recorded over 3.5 million Pag-IBIG transactions processed, more than ₱24 billion in total transaction value, nearly 20% growth in transaction volume year-on-year, and over 38% increase in transaction value compared to 2024.

The growth aligns with broader fintech adoption trends in the Philippines, where both overseas and local members increasingly rely on mobile-based financial tools.

Virtual Pag-IBIG expands reach with 13.8 million downloads

Launched in 2022, Virtual Pag-IBIG serves as the agency’s primary digital platform for member services, allowing users to manage savings, apply for housing loans, and complete payments online.

As of 2025, the platform has surpassed 13.81 million downloads, reflecting its expanding user base and stronger shift toward digital government services. The system also integrates customer support features that allow members to connect with Pag-IBIG representatives remotely.

This digital push supports Pag-IBIG’s broader mandate to expand access to housing finance and savings programs for Filipino workers, including overseas Filipinos who rely heavily on online channels.

Beyond Pag-IBIG, Maya continues to serve as a payments infrastructure provider for enterprises and government institutions. The platform enables omnichannel payment acceptance, covering online, mobile, and in-person transactions.
