Smart Communications and its value brand TNT are offering limited-time free Facebook access to selected subscribers as part of a new connectivity promotion running this week.
The initiative, called “FREE FB for You,” runs from May 27 to May 31 and covers prepaid, home WiFi, and postpaid users across both brands.
Prepaid and home users get 1GB Facebook access for one day
Smart Prepaid, TNT, Smart Bro Prepaid, and Smart Home WiFi Prepaid users who register to eligible offers will receive 1GB of free Facebook access valid for one day.
The promo allows users to access core Facebook functions such as browsing feeds, messaging via Messenger, and engaging with content from pages, groups, and communities without consuming their regular data allocation.
Smart Postpaid subscribers who purchase eligible boosters within the promo period will receive 3GB of open access data valid for 30 days.
Unlike the prepaid offering, the postpaid benefit is not limited to Facebook, giving users broader flexibility for general online use beyond social media access.
Promo targets everyday digital usage and small businesses
Smart said the initiative is designed to support everyday digital activities, including communication, content sharing, and online community participation.
The brands also highlighted use cases for small businesses, students, and professionals, including messaging customers, managing pages, coordinating schoolwork, and accessing online communities for work and networking.
The promotion reflects ongoing competition among Philippine telcos to drive engagement through app-specific data offers and short-term digital incentives.
The FREE Facebook access promo is available only from May 27 to May 31 across eligible Smart and TNT prepaid and postpaid offers nationwide.
