vivo Philippines is encouraging smartphone owners to activate their vivo Accounts, giving users a single platform for digital warranty records, cloud backup, repair services, device support, and membership rewards.
The account also unlocks the vivo Membership program, where users can accumulate EXP points and move from Member to Silver or Gold status to access additional perks.
One account for warranty and device services
An activated vivo Account gives users access to their E-Warranty Card, allowing them to check warranty status and policies digitally instead of relying on a physical document.
The account also connects users to vivo Cloud and EasyShare for backing up photos, contacts, and messages and transferring data when moving to another vivo device.
For lost or stolen phones, Find Hub can remotely locate, lock, or erase a device. Users can also book repairs, find service centers, and reach vivo support through Messenger, WhatsApp, and Live Chat.
Self-service tools are also available for testing, optimizing, and managing devices without immediately visiting a service center.
vivo Membership uses EXP points to unlock tiers
Activating a vivo account also automatically enrolls users in the vivo Membership program, which has three tiers based on EXP points. The Member tier covers users with 0–29,999 EXP points, while Silver applies to those with 30,000–39,999 points. Users with 40,000 EXP points or more qualify for Gold membership.
EXP points can be earned through several activities. Users receive 1 EXP point for every ₱1 spent on a phone, 10 EXP points for each daily sign-in to vivo.com, and 1,000 EXP points upon registering an account.
Higher membership tiers come with additional service benefits, giving users more perks as they accumulate EXP points.

Silver and Gold members get additional perks
All vivo Members receive several device-care and service benefits, including one free screen protector per year, up to 12 free maintenance and inspection services annually, mobile phone detection, free repair service, free mail-in repair service, and free shipping on purchases worth at least ₱1,000.
Silver Members receive additional benefits, including four free screen protectors per year, loaner phone service, and lifetime free shipping.
Gold Members get six free screen protectors annually, along with priority customer service, a 10% discount on repair parts for up to three repairs per year, loaner phone service, and lifetime free shipping.
vivo Philippines Brand Marketing Director Liu Lu said the membership program is designed to make post-purchase services easier for customers to access through a single account.
Activation takes around two to three minutes
Users can activate their vivo Account through the vivo Store app on their vivo smartphone.
The process involves opening the app, selecting Me, signing in using a Google account or email, and selecting Member to access the account and EXP balance.
Customers can also ask vivo Product Experts for assistance with account registration and E-Warranty activation at vivo stores.
According to vivo, the setup takes around two to three minutes, allowing customers to activate their account while completing a device purchase.
With the account in place, vivo users can manage warranty information, device services, repairs, and membership benefits from a single platform throughout the ownership of their smartphone.
