DMAP Announces DigiCon 2026, Set for October 15–16 in Manila

Digital Marketing Association of the Philippines (DMAP) has officially unveiled DigiCon 2026, its flagship digital marketing conference, set for October 15–16 at the Manila Marriott Hotel.

Now in its 11th year, DigiCon 2026 centers on the theme “Interoperability: Welcome to the Age of Collaboration,” positioning cross-industry integration as a competitive advantage in an increasingly fragmented digital landscape.

Interoperability as Industry Strategy

DMAP frames interoperability not as a purely technical concept, but as an operational mindset. In a market divided by platforms, data silos, and specialized disciplines, the organization argues that sustainable growth depends on collaboration between brands, agencies, tech providers, creators, and regulators.

The 2026 edition emphasizes ecosystem-building — where AI, media platforms, creative agencies, and enterprise brands align instead of operating in isolation. The focus reflects broader global shifts in marketing, where omnichannel strategies and integrated data systems now define competitiveness.

DigiCon 2026 Expands Its Leadership and Tracks

DigiCon 2026 introduces a broader committee structure to support its expanded programming.

Co-chairs include:

  • Raymund Sison (Lennon Group)
  • Shayne Madamba (IXM)

Track leads cover five core areas:

  • Immersive – Denise Haak (RS2 APAC)
  • Interactive – Pat Del Castillo (Viber)
  • Innovation – Gino Nacianceno (Cult Tech)
  • Integrated – Jordan Santos (Publicis JimenezBasic)
  • Impact – Shayne Madamba (IXM)

Other key roles include:

  • Dale Lopez (Tony &) – Creative & Experience
  • Alan Fontanilla (The Pod Network) and Pam Sulit (Splash) – Partnerships & Sponsorships
  • Mori Rodriguez (EON) – Publicity

This structure signals a shift toward more specialized content tracks aligned with evolving digital marketing priorities, including AI integration, immersive tech, and performance-driven creative.

Introducing DigiConX Pop-Ups

For 2026, DMAP is also launching DigiConX, a series of smaller pop-up events leading up to the main conference. These satellite sessions aim to sustain industry engagement throughout the year rather than concentrating all discussions within a two-day event.

Brian Yap (RGC) and Nikki Sunga (BBDO) will lead the DigiConX initiative.

The move mirrors global conference trends where flagship events expand into year-round community-building platforms.

Early Bird Registration and Partnerships Open

DMAP has opened early bird registration with limited slots offering:

  • 50% discount for DMAP members
  • 30% discount for non-members

The organization is also accepting sponsorships, partnerships, and speaker submissions across the tech, media, data, and creative sectors.

With DigiCon 2026, DMAP aims to reposition collaboration as infrastructure — not just a buzzword. As AI adoption accelerates and marketing stacks grow more complex, interoperability may move from industry talking point to operational requirement.

For Philippine marketers navigating platform convergence and AI-driven workflows, DigiCon 2026 places collaboration at the center of the conversation.
