Yale brings its smart home security lineup closer to Filipino consumers through a month-long retail activation at Shangri-La Plaza. In partnership with True Value, the Smart Yale Home pop-up runs from May 1 to 31, offering hands-on demos, bundled deals, and limited-time promotions.
The initiative reflects a broader push toward accessible smart home adoption in the Philippines, where connected security devices are gradually moving from niche to mainstream.
Smart Yale Home pop-up showcases connected security
The in-store experience at Shangri-La Plaza focuses on giving customers a closer look at Yale’s smart lock ecosystem and how it integrates into everyday routines.
Visitors can explore key products such as Yale Luna Elite+ Smart Lock, Yale Uno Smart Lock, Yale YDL325 Series, and Yale Solis Series.
A limited flash promo on May 2–3 adds urgency to the event, with the first buyer each day of the Luna Elite+ receiving a free Yale Uno unit.

Up to 35% off smart locks and bundled deals
Beyond the pop-up, Yale is extending its campaign across True Value stores nationwide, positioning the promo as an entry point for consumers exploring smart security upgrades.
Key offers include:
- 20%–35% discounts on select Yale smart locks and safes
- Bundle deals with free smart indoor cameras and installation (Metro Manila)
- Discounted safes from the Solis lineup for home storage solutions
These bundled packages highlight how brands are packaging hardware with services to simplify adoption, especially for first-time smart home users.
Incentives target high-value buyers
To drive engagement at the flagship location, Yale is also introducing a highest spender incentive. The customer with the largest single purchase of Yale smart locks at the Shangri-La branch will receive a free Yale Luna Pro+ Smart Lock.
This type of reward structure aligns with retail strategies that encourage larger basket sizes during limited-time campaigns.

Smart home adoption gains momentum in PH retail
Yale’s collaboration with True Value highlights how traditional retail spaces are evolving into experience-driven hubs for smart home technology.
With growing interest in connected living—driven by convenience, security, and mobile integration—campaigns like this aim to lower the barrier to entry. This is through hands-on product demos, installation support, and time-bound discounts.
As more global and local brands expand their smart home offerings in the Philippines, in-store activations are becoming a key channel to educate and convert new users.
The Smart Yale Home pop-up runs until May 31, with nationwide promos available across participating stores for the same period.
