HUAWEI Service Day 2026 Offers Repair Labor Waivers

HUAWEI has announced HUAWEI Service Day 2026, a monthly service program that the company says removes labor charges for out-of-warranty repairs at participating HUAWEI Authorized Service Centers. The program covers HUAWEI mobile phones, tablets, wearables, audio gear, and PCs; customers would still pay for quoted replacement parts.

Announced in Manila on November 5, 2026, the program is scheduled for the first Friday, Saturday, and Sunday of every month in 2026. HUAWEI identified November 6 to 8, 2026, and December 4 to 6, 2026, as the remaining upcoming schedules in its release.

The company says users may claim a free screen protector for HUAWEI smartphones and wearables during Service Days without first having a device repaired. Each HUAWEI user may participate once per month, according to the release.

Repairs can be scheduled through the HUAWEI Support website, while walk-ins are also accepted at authorized centers, HUAWEI says. Users can check coverage through the My HUAWEI App by going to Support > Benefits. The company also directs customers needing warranty or device-issue guidance to its 24/7 HUAWEI Consumer Service Hotline.

Worry-Free Care Package terms

Alongside the monthly service program, HUAWEI announced its Worry-Free Care Package for select devices, including the HUAWEI nova 16s series and HUAWEI wearables. The company says the package activates when the device is turned on and remains valid for one year.

According to HUAWEI, the one-time plan covers Screen Protection, Back Cover Protection, Camera Protection, and Liquid Penetration Protection. For a covered component repair, the company says customers pay a PHP 1,299 flat service fee per component, while the actual replacement parts for the screen, mainboard, back cover, or camera are provided free of charge.

HUAWEI says Screen and Back Cover Protection can cover cracked screens or shattered back covers caused by drops or crushing during normal use. For accidental liquid exposure that damages the mainboard, it says the package covers motherboard replacement; the release describes such a repair as traditionally costing more than PHP 20,000. It also says Camera Protection applies to damaged lenses caused by accidental collisions or drops.

The release separately states that a battery could be replaced free within one year if a single HUAWEI device’s maximum battery capacity is below 85%, subject to service center inspection results.

For HUAWEI Service Day 2026, HUAWEI frames the labor-charge waiver and screen-protector offer as recurring service-center benefits, while the Worry-Free Care Package is positioned as protection bundled with select devices. HUAWEI Consumer BG covers smartphones, PCs and tablets, wearables, and cloud services, according to the company.
