LG Electronics Philippines presented its latest television technologies in Makati, centering the event on OLED, Micro RGB and QNED displays alongside AI-driven picture, sound and personalization features. The LG AI TV lineup was showcased at the LG OLED TV Media Launch on October 30, 2026, at Ayala Museum.

The company themed the event “A Canvas of Possibilities” and organized its presentations around cinema, gaming and digital art. According to LG, the launch gave media and guests an opportunity to explore the LG OLED evo AI, LG Micro RGB evo AI and LG QNED evo AI televisions through dedicated exhibits and product demonstrations.

LG said these televisions are part of its broader 2026 AI TV lineup, which it also showcased at IFA 2026 in Berlin, Germany. The company highlighted the α11 AI Processor Gen3, first applied to the LG OLED evo series and extended to ultra-large Micro RGB evo TVs.

According to LG, the processor supports AI Dual 4K Upscaling for sharper images and AI Sound Pro for more immersive audio. The company also cited Voice ID for tailored content recommendations, AI Concierge for content discovery, and LG Shield, an integrated security system intended to help protect user information and privacy.

For the Philippine launch, the LG AI TV lineup appeared in the True Cinema showcase. LG said the OLED evo AI presentation focused on the picture-quality technologies behind its OLED range. The Micro RGB evo AI demonstration highlighted what LG calls its Triple Crown 100% Color Coverage, while the QNED evo AI presentation focused on contrast, color and motion.

“Entertainment has a special way of bringing people together, inspiring emotions, and creating memories. With our latest TV innovations, we want to make those experiences even more meaningful. Whether it’s enjoying a favorite film, getting immersed in a game, or discovering a beautiful piece of art, we want people to experience every moment in the best possible way,” said Yongwoo Park, Media Solutions Product Director, LG Electronics Philippines.

Gaming and digital art displays

LG also set up an Ultimate Gaming zone, described as a gamer-inspired lounge, where attendees explored gameplay on OLED evo AI technology. The company said the installation was designed to show how its display technologies could support more immersive interactive entertainment.

A separate Digital Art showcase used OLED evo AI, QNED evo AI and Micro RGB evo AI displays to present digital artworks and LG Gallery+. The museum setting connected the displays with cinema, gaming and art rather than treating television viewing as a single-use experience.

The LG AI TV lineup was therefore presented not as one device family with a single feature, but through separate demonstrations of display quality, audio processing, content personalization, gaming and digital-art uses. LG did not announce Philippine pricing, individual model availability or retail timing in the release.

Park said the company wanted guests to see how picture quality and intelligent technology could work together to make entertainment feel more personal. The event also included a brand presentation and product demonstrations focused on LG’s OLED innovations and television features.
