TCL highlights commercial HVAC solutions at PHILCONSTRUCT 2026

TCL Philippines showcased its latest heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) technologies during PHILCONSTRUCT 2026, presenting new commercial and residential cooling solutions centered on energy efficiency, intelligent controls, and sustainable building operations.

Held from June 25 to 28 at the SMX Convention Center in Pasay City, the construction expo gathered more than 1,000 local and international exhibitors under the theme “Responsible Construction for a Resilient Philippines.” TCL used the event to demonstrate its T-AI Inverter Technology and Smart VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) Systems, targeting architects, engineers, contractors, and building developers.

TCL focuses on energy-efficient cooling for modern buildings

With sustainability becoming a key consideration in construction, HVAC systems are playing a larger role in reducing energy consumption across residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

TCL’s showcase focused on technologies designed to improve cooling performance while helping buildings manage electricity use more efficiently. The company highlighted its AI-assisted climate control systems alongside commercial VRF solutions intended for offices, hotels, retail spaces, and other large-scale developments.

The event also coincided with HVAC/R Philippines and TechnoForum, which featured discussions on climate-responsive building systems, engineering standards, and sustainable construction practices.

CoolPro Industrial+ and FreshIN 3.0 Ultra lead product showcase

Among the products showcased was the TCL CoolPro Industrial+ Series 360° Round Cassette, a ceiling-mounted air conditioning system designed for commercial environments.

According to TCL, the unit features 360-degree airflow distribution, AI-assisted energy optimization, air purification functions, smart controls, and commercial-grade durability.

For residential users, TCL also demonstrated the TCL FreshIN 3.0 Ultra, which incorporates AI Comfort Plus, a Dual-Cycle Fresh Air system, smart controls, AI offline voice commands, and advanced air purification features to improve indoor comfort and air quality.

Smart VRF systems target commercial applications

TCL also highlighted its TCL Smart VRF Systems as a key component of its commercial HVAC portfolio.

Available in Modular, Mini, and Individual configurations, the VRF lineup is designed for larger buildings that require centralized climate control while maintaining energy efficiency.

According to TCL, the systems incorporate full DC inverter technology, high energy efficiency ratings, high-efficiency heat exchangers, and self-adaptive adjustment technology. These features are designed to optimize cooling performance across different building sizes and operating conditions.

HVAC market continues shifting toward smarter, sustainable solutions

TCL’s participation at PHILCONSTRUCT 2026 reflects the growing emphasis on energy-efficient HVAC systems as developers increasingly prioritize sustainable building practices.

By showcasing AI-powered inverter technology alongside commercial VRF solutions, the company continues to expand its presence beyond consumer electronics into the professional HVAC market, where demand for intelligent climate control systems continues to grow across the Philippines.
