HUAWEI Band 11 Series launches in PH with smartwatch features

Huawei has introduced the HUAWEI Band 11 and HUAWEI Band 11 Pro in the Philippines, positioning the new lineup as a fitness band series designed to deliver smartwatch-level performance in a slimmer and lighter form.

Starting at ₱2,399, the HUAWEI Band 11 Series combines a larger AMOLED display, built-in health monitoring tools, and extensive sports tracking features aimed at users who want a capable wearable without the bulk of a traditional smartwatch.

Slim design paired with a larger AMOLED display

Huawei designed the HUAWEI Band 11 Series to remain lightweight while improving display size and visibility. The wearable measures 8.99mm thin and weighs between 16 to 18 grams, allowing it to sit comfortably on the wrist for all-day use.

Both models feature a 1.62-inch AMOLED display, which Huawei says is 27% larger than its predecessor. The display also offers enhanced brightness for outdoor visibility, reaching 2,000 nits on the Pro model and 1,500 nits on the standard version, along with a 482×286 resolution.

The larger screen enables users to review workout data, sleep insights, and notifications more easily without navigating through multiple menus.

100+ sports modes and built-in GPS for outdoor workouts

The HUAWEI Band 11 Series supports more than 100 sports modes, covering activities such as running, cycling, swimming, and strength training.

The HUAWEI Band 11 Pro adds independent GNSS GPS, allowing users to track routes, pace, and distance without needing a smartphone. The device also includes Track Run Mode, which automatically adjusts lap distances when running on stadium tracks.

Huawei also integrates an AI Running Plan that provides performance predictions and training insights, helping runners monitor progress and structure their workouts more effectively.

Accessibility features are also included, such as Wheelchair Mode, which counts pushes instead of steps and supports wheelchair-specific workouts.

Health tracking with sleep and heart monitoring

Beyond fitness tracking, the band series focuses on continuous health monitoring through the company’s HUAWEI TruSleep™ 4.0 system.

The feature tracks sleep quality, breathing patterns, and overnight recovery metrics, including heart rate variability (HRV). The band can also monitor irregular heart rhythms using CE-certified pulse-wave arrhythmia analysis, which runs in the background throughout the day.

Huawei says the device can last up to 14 days on a single charge, with a 40–60 minute recharge restoring the battery to full capacity.

Everyday smart features and mobile payments

In addition to fitness and health features, the HUAWEI Band 11 Series includes several everyday tools designed for daily convenience.

Users can make QR payments through GCash Watch Pay, send quick replies to messages, and receive smartphone notifications directly on the band. The wearable supports both Android and iOS devices, allowing it to connect to a wide range of smartphones.
