English-speaking ONE PIECE fans will soon be able to follow the Elbaph Arc on a weekly basis as Crunchyroll moves away from its previous batch-release format for the anime’s English dub.
Toei Animation and Crunchyroll announced that the ONE PIECE Elbaph Arc English dub will begin streaming on October 20, 2026, at 9 a.m. PT, starting with Episode 1156. New dubbed episodes will then arrive every Tuesday at the same time.
The announcement also includes the upcoming ONE PIECE HEROINES special, whose English, Spanish, and Portuguese dubs will premiere on Crunchyroll one week earlier, on October 13.
ONE PIECE English dub moves to weekly releases
Previous English-dub releases of ONE PIECE have arrived in multi-episode batches, allowing fans to watch several dubbed episodes at once.
That schedule will change with the Elbaph Arc. After Episode 1156 premieres on October 20, Episode 1157 will follow one week later, with subsequent English-dubbed episodes continuing every Tuesday at 9 a.m. PT.
The new cadence brings the English dub closer to the ongoing weekly rhythm of the anime, giving dubbed viewers a more consistent way to follow the Straw Hat Pirates’ latest adventure.
ONE PIECE HEROINES arrives before Elbaph
Fans will get another English-dubbed ONE PIECE release before the Elbaph Arc begins.
ONE PIECE HEROINES will stream on Crunchyroll starting October 13 at 9 a.m. PT, with English, Spanish, and Portuguese dubs available from launch.
The special follows Nami after she fails to stop a group of thieves because of ill-fitting shoes. When she returns to the shop for a refund, the designer offers to make her a new pair on the condition that she walks in an upcoming fashion show.
The Straw Hats finally reach Elbaph
The Elbaph Arc follows the Straw Hat Crew after their escape from Future Island Egghead, as they set course for the legendary Land of Giants.
Joined by the Giant Warrior Pirates, Luffy and the crew finally arrive in Elbaph, a destination that has been anticipated throughout the series. The arc introduces new encounters with the Giants while bringing long-awaited reunions into the story.
For English-dub viewers, the weekly release schedule means these developments will now unfold at a steady pace rather than arriving several episodes at a time.
