MSI has unveiled its latest lineup of gaming laptops in the Philippines, introducing refreshed versions of the Raider, Crosshair, and Cyborg series powered by Intel Core Ultra 200HX processors and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 50 Series Laptop GPUs.
The new models focus heavily on higher power delivery, improved cooling systems, quieter operation, and upgraded displays as MSI pushes performance further across premium, mid-range, and entry-level gaming segments.
Raider 16 HX leads MSI’s high-performance lineup
The redesigned MSI Raider 16 HX sits at the top of MSI’s latest gaming laptop lineup, delivering up to 300W of combined system power through its pairing of Intel Core Ultra 200HX processors and RTX 50 Series Laptop GPUs.
MSI also redesigned the cooling system with its Cooler Boost Trinity and Intra Flow thermal solution. The setup includes up to three fans, six heat pipes, five exhaust vents, and rear I/O placement for cleaner cable management.
The company said it also redesigned the motherboard layout to create room for larger cooling fans, allowing the MSI Raider 16 HX to maintain lower fan noise levels while sustaining high airflow under load.
The laptop also introduces a quick-access upgrade panel, allowing users to access memory and SSD by loosening only two screws instead of removing the entire bottom cover.
For visuals, the MSI Raider 16 HX features a QHD+ 240Hz display aimed at competitive gaming and high-refresh-rate gameplay.

Crosshair 16 HX focuses on balanced gaming performance
The MSI Crosshair 16 HX targets gamers looking for a thinner design without sacrificing performance under MSI’s lineup.
The laptop supports up to 200W total system power, which MSI says is a 30W increase over the previous generation. Cooling is handled through the Cooler Boost thermal system alongside a quad-vent exhaust design.
The MSI Crosshair 16 HX also features a QHD+ 240Hz display and a redesigned port layout that places HDMI and RJ-45 LAN ports at the back for cleaner desk setups.
Other connectivity options include three USB-A ports, two USB-C ports, rear-positioned HDMI, and a rear-positioned LAN port.
MSI also retains its RGB-focused Crosshair design language with an upgraded RGB backlit keyboard.

Cyborg 15 Max brings upgrades to entry-level gaming
For the entry-level segment, MSI introduced the updated MSI Cyborg 15 Max.
The new model now supports up to 140W total system power and up to 100W TGP for its RTX 50 Series Laptop GPU, which MSI says represents a 122% increase in TGP compared to the previous generation.
The MSI Cyborg 15 Max uses a dual-fan Cooler Boost system with three heat pipes and phase-change thermal materials to improve sustained gaming performance.
MSI also upgraded the display across the Cyborg lineup with Full HD resolution, a 144Hz refresh rate, and 100% sRGB color gamut.
The laptop includes support for 100W USB-C PD charging and DisplayPort output, and adopts a rear I/O layout for improved cable management. Despite the upgrades, the MSI Cyborg 15 Max remains relatively portable at 2kg and 21mm thick.
MSI adds promo offers for select gaming laptops
MSI is also offering bundled promotions for selected gaming laptop models in the Philippines from May 13 to June 30, 2026.
Eligible purchases may include a free 12-month NordVPN license and an additional one-year warranty extension for customers who submit product reviews.
The promo applies to the MSI Raider 16 HX, MSI Stealth 16 AI+, MSI Crosshair 16 HX, and MSI Cyborg 15 Max.
With the latest refresh, MSI continues expanding its RTX 50 Series gaming laptop portfolio as competition intensifies in the gaming notebook market alongside brands like ASUS ROG, Lenovo Legion, Acer Predator, and Alienware.
