Pinoy Big Brother campaign wins Gold
Maya received the Gold Award for Best Brand Collaboration, a category under the awards’ Effectiveness track, for its Save a Housemate. Save with Maya. campaign.
The campaign partnered with Pinoy Big Brother, replacing the show’s traditional SMS voting system with Maya’s Save-to-Vote feature.
Instead of paying directly for votes, viewers first deposited money into their Maya accounts before casting votes for their favorite housemates through the app. The initiative integrated financial habits into fan participation while making Maya a central part of the show’s weekly voting activities.
According to the company, the campaign generated strong audience engagement while encouraging Filipinos to save as they supported contestants.
Maya Black launch earns Silver
Maya also took home Silver in the Consumer Launch category for its Welcome to Maya Black campaign.
The campaign introduced the Maya Black Visa Platinum Credit Card, a travel and lifestyle credit card that uses AI-powered underwriting to make premium credit more accessible to customers who may have been underserved by traditional credit evaluation systems.

The launch featured a cinematic black-and-white campaign film alongside a synchronized “Blackout” marketing takeover across multiple platforms, positioning Maya Black as a premium yet digitally accessible credit card.
The campaign was likewise recognized as a finalist in the PR Event category.
Creativity backed by business impact
Maya Group Chief Marketing Officer Pepe Torres said the awards recognize campaigns that connect meaningful products with real customer needs.
“These awards recognize the kind of work we believe in—building products and campaigns that address real customer needs in ways people genuinely connect with. For us, creativity only matters if it creates real impact, and that’s the standard we continue to hold ourselves to.”
