The Philippine National Esports Team, SIBOL, will field two squads for the SEA Esports Nations Cup in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, set to take place from May 8 to 9.
SIBOL will compete in the CrossFire Legends and PUBG Mobile events as they aim to bring home national pride in the inaugural edition of the regional tournament.
The PUBG Mobile squad will feature Hyve International’s Francis “RANGE” Fusingan and Abdul “Monboy” Barode. The duo will compete in both the Solo and Duo events against representatives from nine other countries.
Both players are coming off a runner-up finish in the recently concluded PUBG Mobile Challengers League – SEA 2026 Spring.
Meanwhile, SIBOL’s CrossFire Legends team will field a six-man roster composed of Jericho “Pabi” Pablo, Mark Joshua “Majo” Valerio, Rovick “Rovick” Garcia, Jerrold “Woopiee” Regay, John Clarence “Jayzee” Rivera, and Marc Nellor “Cramers” Lorzano—all members of Kadiliman Esports.
The squad previously finished second in the CrossFire Legends SEA Championship last January after dominating the Philippine qualifiers in December.
Other titles featured in the tournament include football simulation game Total Football, auto battler Teamfight Tactics, and rhythm game Audition.
All events will be held at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center and will compete for more than USD 40,000 in total prize pool.
