For many Filipino gamers, Halo-Halo and mobile gaming are familiar pairings. Honor of Kings (HoK) is tapping into that connection through a new collaboration with Chowking that blends one of the country’s most recognizable desserts with in-game cosmetics and community activities.
Launching on July 3, the HoK x Chowking collaboration introduces a Halo-Halo-inspired skin for Erin, exclusive in-game rewards, themed Chowking branches, and grassroots tournaments across select locations in the Philippines.
Cosmic Cravings Erin headlines the Honor of Kings x Chowking collaboration
The centerpiece of the collaboration is Cosmic Cravings Erin, a limited-time cosmetic inspired by Chowking’s Halo-Halo Supreme.
The skin transforms the marksman’s appearance with visuals and ability effects influenced by the colorful Filipino dessert, making it one of the few HoK skins designed around a local food icon.
Players can obtain the Cosmic Cravings Erin skin from July 3 to July 31.
Free Chowking-themed emotes and stickers arrive in-game
Beyond the premium collaboration skin, HoK is also offering players free themed content throughout the event.
Players can claim limited-edition Chowking x Honor of Kings stickers and exclusive collaboration emotes, with both rewards available through the in-game event menu during the collaboration period.
During the campaign, all Chowking branches nationwide will function as Honor of Kings Benefits Checkpoints, allowing players to earn double HoK Benefits Coins while dining. Players can also redeem Chowking Halo-Halo Supreme vouchers through the HoK Benefits program for as little as 60 Benefits Coins.
HoK will also distribute additional vouchers and prizes through community activities and online giveaways during the event.
Three Chowking branches will feature Honor of Kings-themed decorations throughout the collaboration: Chowking Don Ernesto Commonwealth, Chowking Fairview Regalado, and Chowking Dimasalang.
These locations will serve as promotional hubs where fans can experience the collaboration beyond the game through themed in-store activations and branding.
Grassroots tournaments continue Honor of Kings’ community push
The collaboration also supports Honor of Kings’ grassroots esports initiatives in the Philippines. Level Infinite confirmed that select Chowking branches will host community Honor of Kings tournaments, with additional schedules and mechanics to be announced through the game’s official social media channels.
While game collaborations often focus on anime, celebrities, or entertainment franchises, the Honor of Kings x Chowking partnership takes a more localized approach by highlighting one of the Philippines’ most recognizable desserts.
By combining Halo-Halo-inspired cosmetics, restaurant activations, and community tournaments, the collaboration aims to connect the game’s growing player base with familiar elements of Filipino food culture while extending the HoK experience beyond the screen.
