Gangstar Mirage City update adds Halloween and syndicates

Level Infinite and Gameloft released the first major Gangstar Mirage City update on October 29, 2026. It brings a three-week Halloween event, the permanent Vice Tonic business mode, a new card collection system and syndicates for up to 50 members. The free-to-play multiplayer urban open-world action game is available on iOS and Android through the App Store and Google Play across Southeast Asia, South Asia, Eastern and Central Europe, MENA, and LATAM.

The release describes the update as the first major one since the game’s soft launch. According to the companies, it builds on feedback from players and content creators with a new season structure, more rewards, and gameplay, balancing and technical improvements. Set in a near-future city, the game combines structured narrative missions with unscripted gameplay.

Halloween event runs through November 18, 2026

Frightful Feast runs from October 29 through November 18, 2026. Players who log in can receive daily rewards, while marked locations across Mirage City offer spooky decorations, contact missions, wandering ghost encounters and haunted-house shootouts. New areas include Hilltop Park and a campsite. Supplementary quests attached to normal missions also contribute to Season Pass milestones.

Launching alongside the Halloween event, Vice Tonic lets players roleplay as a Supplement Developer. The mode begins with a small warehouse and includes delivery runs around Orarra’s checkpoints and reinforced patrols. Players can oversee operations, design factories, and expand toward automatic supplement production, supply and distribution, according to the release.

The Gangstar Mirage City update adds syndicates that players can create or join, with each group supporting up to 50 members. Syndicates let players team up, compare progress, show off player-built work and take part in Syndicate Wars to compete for control of the city.

Blackbook is a permanent card collection integrated with the Season Pass. Players can obtain randomized card packs by completing missions and unlocking Season Pass tiers, then assemble sets to uncover fragments of the game’s story and earn seasonal rewards. Duplicate cards can be traded with friends and syndicate members.

The update also adds Baryo Beats 106, an in-game radio station featuring four songs from Filipino artists: Pedicab’s “Alipin” and VVINK’s “Kindat,” “Tulala” and “Baduy.” Gameplay is available in nine languages, including Tagalog, and the release says the update improves text flow and translation accuracy across menus, mission objectives, subtitles and item descriptions.

Vehicles, weapons and upcoming events

New additions include the limited-time Pumpkin Grenade, the Razor two-seat supercar with autonomous driving, the Nomad Pro two-seat RV with a customisable interior and an onboard pod that produces daily yields, and a three-seat Tuk-Tuk with a wheelie boost and weapons for its rear passengers. The update also introduces the fifth Empire Pass, Dance with Death, plus new vehicle, weapon and outfit collections in the in-game shop.

The next scheduled activities include double Cash from contact missions on November 5, 2026; Tuk-Tuk Derby on November 12, 2026; Agent’s War and UGC racing maps on November 19, 2026; double arena rewards on November 26, 2026; and a tasting-station event on December 3, 2026. Franchise Fury is scheduled for November 19 through December 9, 2026, bringing a turf war between O-Rage and The Family. A pink diamond recharge campaign will offer double pink diamonds, with enough recharges unlocking the “Take to the Sky” cosmetic wings, according to the release.

The Gangstar Mirage City update is available in the stated regional rollout ahead of the planned global launch in 2027.
