Infinix Bali flagship concept store opens in Indonesia

Infinix has unveiled its first global Flagship Concept Store in Bali, Indonesia, positioning the location as a retail space that combines its devices with coffee, design and creative activities. The Bali flagship concept store is also the first location using this format within parent company Transsion Holdings’ brand portfolio, according to the company.

The opening is a brand-building move rather than a product launch. Infinix said the store is built around its “Joy Tech” philosophy and is intended to bring technology, lifestyle and creativity into one retail experience. The company described the concept as a way to create connections with consumers beyond a purchase.

The location showcases Infinix smartphones, including the NOTE 60 and HOT 70 series and the GT 50 Pro. It also features products from the company’s AIoT ecosystem: ZCLIP 2 Pro clip-on earbuds, SPACE Max wireless headphones and XEnergy portable power stations.

Infinix said visitors can explore these products in a space designed with reflective metallic surfaces, digital visuals and a robotic-arm installation. The installation is one of two signature experience elements in the company’s “1+2+X” retail concept. Infinix defines the format as one comprehensive technology experience, two signature experience elements and an evolving set of creative activities and collaborations.

The other named lifestyle element is n_x, Infinix’s locally developed coffee brand. Infinix said the store combines n_x with the robotic-arm installation to introduce a more relaxed and imaginative side of technology into the space.

The “X” portion of the format is intended to accommodate gaming, music, sports, creative partnerships, interactive content and community-driven activities. Infinix said it hopes to work with artists, musicians and other creative talents on original content and experiences, while allowing visitors to participate through shared experiences, content creation and feedback.

Expansion plans in Indonesia

Infinix says the Bali flagship concept store is designed to change over time through new collaborations, displays and lifestyle activities. The company’s longer-term aim is for the location to develop its own recognizable identity and a sense of community, rather than serve only as a product showroom.

The Bali opening begins a broader retail expansion in Indonesia, according to Infinix. The company plans to open five additional flagship stores across the country in 2026 and is exploring similar concept-led retail experiences in other markets. It said future locations will be adapted to local cultures, consumer preferences and lifestyles rather than replicate the Bali format.

Established in 2013, Infinix says its products are available in over 80 countries and regions, including Southeast Asia. Its portfolio extends beyond smartphones to TWS earbuds, smartwatches, laptops, tablets and smart TVs.
