HONOR Philippines brought its upcoming HONOR Magic V6 to the tennis court as the official presenter of Gentry Open 2026, continuing its partnership with the tournament for a second consecutive year.
The partnership puts HONOR’s latest foldable in front of the country’s emerging tennis talent and sports audience while building anticipation for the Magic V6’s official Philippine launch on August 24.
HONOR continues Gentry Open partnership
Gentry Open 2026 is a Class 1 tennis tournament featuring aspiring professional players from across the Philippines. The event runs from August 19 to 30 at the CSA Tennis Stadium, giving rising athletes an opportunity to compete at a higher level and pursue professional careers.
HONOR joined the tournament’s opening ceremony on August 20, with HONOR Philippines Vice President Stephen Cheng appearing alongside Gentry Open representatives and the Pareng Crew.
The ceremony included a ceremonial serve by Pareng Hayb, with the Magic V6 taking the spotlight as the tournament’s official presenting device.
For HONOR, the partnership extends its presence beyond traditional product launches by placing the Magic V6 within a sporting environment centered on performance, discipline, and competition.
Magic V6 gets a durability showcase
The opening-day activities also gave attendees a closer look at the upcoming foldable through a special Pull Up durability exhibition.
Pareng Hayb and the Pareng Crew put the Magic V6 through the showcase, highlighting the device’s durability as HONOR prepares to introduce the foldable to Philippine consumers.
The activation also builds on HONOR’s recent marketing push around the Magic V6’s durability, with the company positioning the device as a foldable designed to withstand the demands of everyday use.

He added that the athletes’ drive and discipline reflect the performance and innovation HONOR aims to bring with the Magic V6.

The Magic V6 will be unveiled through an official livestream, giving Filipino consumers their first complete look at the device, including its specifications, features, pricing, and availability.
