HONOR Magic V6 targets work, sports, lifestyle, content creation

The HONOR Magic V6 is being positioned as a foldable smartphone for users who move between work, travel, sports, entertainment, and content creation throughout the day.

HONOR Philippines is highlighting the device through personalities from business, sports, fashion, and lifestyle, showcasing how its foldable form factor and hardware can adapt to different routines.

Built for multitasking and mobility

For Vince and Patricia Hizon, the Magic V6 is presented as a device for balancing professional commitments, events, travel, and personal activities.

Its larger foldable display provides additional screen space for multitasking, while the slim design is intended to make the phone easier to carry between meetings and other activities.

The use case highlights one of the main advantages of a foldable phone: users can have a larger working area when the device is unfolded without carrying a separate tablet-sized device.

A foldable for active routines

Golfers Marvi Monsalve and Jesse Guerrero bring the Magic V6 into a different setting, with the device featured during the inaugural HONOR Magic V6 Golf Cup.

The phone packs a 6,660mAh Silicon-Carbon battery, while its IP68 and IP69 ratings provide protection against dust and water under the applicable testing conditions.

These features are aimed at users who carry their smartphones through longer days and different environments, rather than limiting them to desk or indoor use.

Cameras target lifestyle and social content

For fashion and lifestyle personalities Ida Andu and Isabelle Lim, the Magic V6 focuses more heavily on photography and portability.

The phone’s HONOR AI Falcon Camera System combines a 50MP wide main camera, 64MP ultra-clear telephoto camera, and 50MP ultra-wide camera.

The combination gives users different focal lengths for everyday photos, portraits, travel scenes, and wider compositions without relying on a separate camera.

The slim foldable design also allows the device to function as both a conventional smartphone and a larger-screen device when unfolded.

One foldable across different use cases

HONOR’s latest push for the Magic V6 centers on its ability to move between different parts of a user’s day.

The company highlights work and business alongside sports, fashion, entertainment, travel, and content creation, with the device combining its foldable form factor with a large battery, AI features, and a multi-camera system.

Rather than targeting a single type of user, the Magic V6 is being marketed around the idea of a smartphone that can adapt as users switch between different activities.
