Infinix GT NX ecosystem adds controller and cooling dock

Infinix Philippines has announced the Infinix GT NX ecosystem, a two-accessory lineup comprising the GT NX Controller and GT NX Station. The company positions the products as add-ons for mobile players who want physical controls, external connectivity and additional cooling rather than relying only on a phone’s built-in hardware.

The practical point is straightforward: mobile-game performance is not determined by a processor alone. Infinix Philippines says a phone’s processor, graphics, memory and thermal management must work together for a more consistent experience. It also argues that frame-rate drops, touch responsiveness and connection stability can affect play during demanding matches.

Those are manufacturer statements rather than independent performance findings. Still, the release identifies a familiar technical limitation: phones may reduce performance when heat builds up to protect internal components. Infinix says this can result in stuttering and lag spikes, framing active cooling as one way to reduce thermal throttling during extended sessions.

Controller targets physical input options

The GT NX Controller is the first half of the Infinix GT NX ecosystem. According to Infinix Philippines, it has millisecond-level direct connectivity, laser-textured ergonomic grips, a dedicated FPS precision touchpad and multiple play-mapping modes. The company also describes the controller as having tactile controls and battery life intended for longer gaming sessions.

The release does not specify compatible phone models, supported games, controller battery capacity, charging time, connectivity standard or the exact functions available through its mapping modes. It likewise does not establish how its input latency compares with a phone’s touchscreen or with competing controllers. Those details would matter when assessing how the accessory works across different mobile games, but they were not included in the announcement.

Infinix lists the GT NX Controller Standard Edition at a starting price of ₱2,399, including promo or special bundles starting at the same amount. A Blood Strike Edition starts at ₱2,499. The company says the official controller is available online through Shopee and Lazada.

Dock combines cooling with expansion ports

The GT NX Station is presented as a dock that combines cooling with desktop-style expansion. Infinix Philippines calls it an “industry’s built-in TEC cooling dock station” and says it offers nine-in-one expansion, including HDMI display output, Ethernet through RJ45, USB ports and fast charging.

Infinix identifies the cooling technology as TEC; Infinix does not provide cooling performance figures, power requirements, port specifications, display-output resolution, Ethernet speed or a list of compatible phones. The company’s central claim is that the dock can help keep thermal throttling at bay while enabling a broader external setup.

For Philippine buyers, Infinix lists GT NX Station promo pricing starting at ₱2,699. It says the station is available on Shopee and Lazada, while the complete lineup can also be found through its official TikTok Shop.

The Infinix GT NX ecosystem therefore enters the local accessories market with clear starting prices but a source release focused mainly on the company’s feature claims. The controller addresses physical input, while the station combines claimed TEC cooling with wired expansion; compatibility and measured performance remain details that the announcement does not establish.
