Bonifacio Global City, Philippines, June 8, 2018 – Samsung Philippines has officially launched their newest Smartphone – The Samsung Galaxy J6 with an event held at the Versus Barcade at BGC in Taguig.
The event was the Media Launch to introduce the newest Samsung Entry-Level Smartphone – The invited medial was given the opportunity to have a firsthand look and experience of the new Galaxy J6 Smartphone.
The Launch was headed by Samsung Philippines’ Marketing Manager for C0re Smartphones – Nico Gonzales, Product Marketing Manager for Core Smartphones – Haein Lee, and Category Head for Core Smartphones – Benson Galguerra.
During the Galaxy J6 launch Samsung shared the features and innovation of their newest smartphone – Most recently mobile phones functions are not solely for communication. Samsung, for its part, wanted to have an entry-level phone centered on entertainment. With the Galaxy J6, Samsung was able to create an entry-level phone that can be used by mobile gaming enthusiast and for those who are into video and music streaming. The Galaxy J6 comes with two (2) main features that you do not usually see in an entry-level phone – The Dolby Atmos surround sound functionality and a Super AMOLED Infinity Display – Which in Techbeatph.com’s opinion are 2 things very important to entertainment – gaming and video/music streaming alike. The Galaxy J6 also has a 3-Level front camera flash function that allows you to adjust the brightness of your selfies. The Galaxy J6 includes a dual security feature – A fingerprint sensor (Back) and face recognition technology.

Initially, the Galaxy J6 is available in 2 colors – Gold and Black. Under the hood, the Galaxy J6 runs on Exynos 7870 Octa chipset with an Octa-core processor 1.6 GHz Cortex A53 and dedicated graphics processor – Mali-T830 MP1. The Galaxy J6 boasts of a 3GB of RAM and a 32GB of internal memory expandable to 256GB via dedicated external card slot. Out of the box, the Galaxy J6 comes out of the box with the latest Android OS – Oreo 8.0.

The Samsung Galaxy J6 will be available on all Samsung Stores and Samsung Authorized Retail stores starting June 16, 2018 – The newest Samsung Galaxy Smartphone is priced at Php 13,990.
