Maya has been named among the Best Companies to Work for in Asia for the second consecutive year, while also receiving the People Transformation and Tech Empowerment awards at the 2026 HR Asia Awards. The Maya workplace honors 2026 include a second consecutive recognition in both the Best Companies to Work for in Asia and Tech Empowerment categories. People Transformation is a new addition to the company’s HR Asia Awards results this year.
In the Philippines, 44 companies were selected for the Best Companies to Work for in Asia award from 160 surveyed organizations. The awards are organized by Business Media International and recognize workplace practices, employee engagement, and efforts to develop and support employees.
Maya Group Chief People Officer Charee Lanza said the repeat recognition reflects ongoing work to develop the company’s workplace programs.
