Garmin has announced its Garmin Enduro 4 smartwatch for the Philippine market, with the company positioning the GPS wearable for endurance athletes, trail runners, multiday hikers, backpackers and other outdoor users. The device will be available starting November 3 at a retail price of PHP56,290.
Garmin describes Enduro 4 as its longest-lasting GPS smartwatch with solar charging. Its comprehensive power modes are designed to optimize battery life and performance according to the user’s needs, from full-feature tracking for shorter efforts to extended activity recording.
Battery and power options

Garmin says the Enduro 4 can provide up to 320 hours of battery life in activity mode or up to 90 days in smartwatch mode. These figures assume specific conditions: continuous use in activity mode with extended battery selected and 50,000 lux conditions, or all-day smartwatch wear with three hours per day outside in the same light conditions.
The watch combines an energy-efficient 1.4-inch memory-in-pixel display with a solar lens. Its comprehensive power modes include Max Accuracy for full-feature tracking during shorter efforts and Max Battery for extended activity recording. Garmin says the latter can support up to 320 hours with solar charging.
Training and navigation features

The Garmin Enduro 4 smartwatch adds grade-adjusted pace-based workout targets, which are intended to help users manage effort on hilly terrain. Grade-adjusted rolling pace provides a real-time pace view across changing terrain. The device also introduces stamina zones and a stamina curve, which Garmin says can show how stamina affects an activity and how endurance changes over time based on fitness and training history.
The watch includes more than 100 activity profiles. Enhanced rowing tools add VO2 max and power-curve information for indoor rowing activities, while expanded rucking features allow users to adjust pack weight during an activity and set target metrics such as calories burned.
For navigation, Garmin says Enduro 4 has 50% more RAM than Enduro 3 and an updated map engine. The company reports 30% faster panning and a smoother interface for built-in routable maps. A perspective view is designed to show more detail at both closer and farther distances. Garmin Epic can combine multiple activities in Garmin Connect into a single record spanning days, weeks or months, with options to add photos, share with family and friends, and view aggregated health and performance data.
Design and Philippine availability
The watch weighs 66 grams and has a 51mm case, according to Garmin. Its listed materials include a Power Sapphire scratch-resistant lens, titanium bezel and fiber-reinforced polymer case. Other features include an integrated LED flashlight with white and red-light options, a 10 ATM water-resistance rating, 64GB of memory, and the new ComfortFit Fabric Band with QuickFit functionality.
Garmin says the watch is built for the demands of the longest races and most taxing adventures while remaining light on the wrist. The new fabric band adds moisture-wicking performance alongside comfort, durability and QuickFit functionality.
Garmin says the Enduro 4 is designed for long races and extended outdoor activities, but the company’s stated battery figures depend on the usage and solar conditions described above. In the Philippines, the Garmin Enduro 4 smartwatch will be sold through Garmin’s website, Garmin Brand Stores, Garmin Specialty Stores and its official e-commerce platforms beginning November 3 for PHP56,290.
