HONOR Watch 6 brings 120+ sports modes, advanced training tools

The HONOR Watch 6 brings more than 120 sports modes and specialized training features to users tracking everything from everyday workouts to running, cycling, football, and badminton.

The smartwatch combines activity tracking with professional training tools, outdoor positioning, a long-lasting battery, and wellness monitoring designed to provide more detailed data across different activities.

120+ sports modes cover specialized training

The HONOR Watch 6 includes dedicated modes for a wide range of sports, with additional tools for users who want more detailed performance data.

Its Football Professional Mode tracks steps, distance, sprint speed, average speed, and segment data. Users can also view heat maps and movement analysis through the companion app.

For badminton players, Badminton Professional Mode provides insights across five dimensions and nine core data points, including swing count, swing speed, shot power, forehand-to-backhand ratio, and stroke types.

Runners get access to the Professional Running Coach, which includes lactate threshold heart-rate monitoring, real-time AI voice guidance, heart-rate and pace targets, and posture analysis.

Dual-band GPS tracks outdoor activities

For outdoor activities, the Watch 6 uses the HONOR AccuTrack System, combining a new GNSS chip with dual-band GPS for satellite acquisition and positioning.

Its dual-frequency independent positioning supports up to 42 hours of use, while 3D distance measurement is designed to improve tracking for activities such as trail running, mountaineering, and cycling.

Battery life extends considerably outside of GPS-heavy use. The watch’s 980mAh battery can deliver up to 35 days in long-endurance scenarios and up to 17 days under typical usage.

3,000-nit display and 41g design

The Watch 6 features a 1.46-inch Hybrid LTPS display with up to 3,000 nits of peak brightness.

Its Wet Touch Control keeps the touchscreen responsive in conditions involving rain, sweat, and humidity, making it suited to outdoor workouts as well as everyday use.

The smartwatch weighs approximately 41g and measures 10.8mm thick, keeping the hardware relatively light for extended wear.

Body Energy Assessment adds recovery tracking

Beyond workout metrics, the Watch 6 includes Body Energy Assessment, which uses information such as heart rate, heart-rate variability (HRV), sleep, and stress to help users monitor their energy levels.

The feature gives users another set of data points to consider when deciding how much training or recovery they need alongside their regular activity tracking.

With its combination of sports modes, specialized training features, outdoor positioning, battery capacity, and wellness monitoring, the HONOR Watch 6 targets users who want more detailed tracking across multiple types of exercise.
