Honor of Kings kicked off its anniversary celebrations on October 21, introducing new hero Dunshan, free login rewards and a series of limited-time events running into November.
Players who joined Dunshan’s pre-launch event on October 15 can claim the Tank/Support hero for free through the latest update. Other players can purchase him for 13,888 Starstones or 588 Tokens, with a 50% discount reducing the Token price to 294 during his first week.
Dunshan can transform into a shield to protect teammates and reduce incoming damage, according to HOK.
Login rewards and Millennium Tower collaboration skin
From October 21 to November 5, players can unlock an anniversary creator voice pack through cumulative logins.
The anniversary skin event also lets players collect standees by logging in, playing matches and sharing with friends. Players can merge standees once per day to earn points, with the system selecting the two highest-scoring standees for each merge. Unmerged standees are cleared at the daily reset.
Earned points can be exchanged for rewards in the event shop, including the Millennium Tower Dunshan collaboration skin, which becomes available on October 29.
The skin draws inspiration from the Wooden Pagoda of Yingxian County in Shanxi Province, China. Built in 1056, the pagoda is recognized as the world’s oldest and tallest surviving multi-storey wooden structure.
October 24 brings Honor Points and Flowborn rewards
The next wave of anniversary rewards arrives on October 24 with the return of last year’s Decade of Promise Future Pack.
From October 24 to November 4, eligible players who received the pack during the previous anniversary event can open it for 400 to 2,000 Honor Points and a random Epic or Legend skin. Players who already own every skin in the reward pool will instead receive 2,000 Honor Points.
Those who missed the previous pack can participate through a Pack Transfer event. By redeeming a share code from an eligible player, they can obtain a Decade of Promise Sharing Pack that guarantees 400 Honor Points.
Players who log in on October 24 or 25 will also receive 400 Honor Points, an Anniversary Flowborn outfit, an Anniversary Flowborn outfit item and an anniversary avatar frame pack.
LIMBO Wish returns with new skins on October 30
LIMBO Wish returns on October 30, adding a Gao Changgong skin to its rewards.
Players can complete activity missions or purchase Lucky Draw Vouchers to flip tiles individually or in batches of up to five. The event guarantees a Rare skin within 10 flips, a new Epic skin within 20 flips, and new Legend skins on the 30th and 36th flips.
Completing activity missions provides enough free vouchers to unlock the Rare skin, according to the announcement.
Farming event adds Halloween-themed rewards
A separate farming event also begins October 30. Players can clear plots, buy seed packs, plant and water crops, then sell their harvests to earn farming coins and EXP.
Progress unlocks hero-themed crops and visits to friends’ farms, while farming coins can be spent in the event shop. Completing the crop collection can unlock additional rewards, including a LIMBO- and Halloween-themed Flowborn outfit.
The anniversary event schedule runs from October 21 through at least November 5, with rewards and eligibility requirements varying by activity.
