Kia Philippines says it introduced the Kia PV5 Cargo at the 14th Philippine Electric Vehicle Summit at the SMX Convention Center in Pasay City. The ACMobility subsidiary describes it as a purpose-built electric commercial van for local business logistics. According to Kia Philippines, the Kia PV5 Cargo launch took place on October 22, 2026, with fleet reservations opening nationwide through Kia dealerships.
According to Kia Philippines, the PV5 Cargo is priced at Php 2,098,000 and offered in Snow White Pearl, Steel Grey and Aurora Black Pearl. Kia positions it as a purpose-built EV for commercial logistics.
Cargo capacity and electric drivetrain

The van measures 4,695 mm long, 1,895 mm wide and 1,905 mm high, with a 2,995 mm wheelbase. Kia says these compact dimensions allow the PV5 Cargo to navigate tight urban streets and narrow loading docks.
At the Kia PV5 Cargo launch, Kia Philippines said the van can carry up to 805 kg across a 4,420-liter cargo bay measuring 2,255 mm long, 1,565 mm wide and 1,520 mm high. Dual-swing rear doors and a low loading height support worksite operations, while eight heavy-duty tie-down hooks and universal L-track mounting points help secure cargo.
Kia says power comes from a permanent-magnet synchronous motor rated at 163 PS and 250 Nm, supplied by a 51.5 kWh NMC battery. Kia quotes a single-charge range of up to 384 km on the NEDC cycle for daily distribution within Metro Manila and surrounding provinces.
The van uses a CCS2 port for DC charging and a Type 2 port for AC charging. Kia says a 350 kW charger can replenish the battery from 10% to 80% in approximately 30 minutes. Kia says an 11 kW wallbox can complete the same charge window in four hours and 45 minutes. Kia says Vehicle-to-Load can provide up to 3.6 kW to run tools, lights and equipment at remote work sites.
Driver assistance and fleet productivity

Kia lists Forward Collision Avoidance Assist with Autonomous Emergency Braking, Smart Cruise Control, Lane Keeping Assist and Lane Following Assist among the Kia DriveWise features. The vehicle also has Driver Attention Warning, Auto Light Control, parking-distance warnings and a rear-view monitor. Safety equipment includes front, side and curtain airbags, Electronic Stability Control, Hill-Start Assist Control and Downhill Brake Control.
According to Kia Philippines, the cabin uses a 12.9-inch touchscreen and a 7.5-inch driver cluster. Wired and wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are included, alongside 12V outlets and dual high-output USB-C ports. Kia also says the van was recognized as the 2026 International Van of the Year.
ACMobility charging ecosystem
ACMobility connected the launch to its charging offering at PEVS 2026, held from October 22 to 24. The company said its Philippine EV Spine network spanned more than 240 locations and 600-plus charge points nationwide, with AC and DC chargers rated up to 480 kW. It said the network accounted for more than 40% of the country’s public charging network as of end-June 2026.
According to Kia Philippines, every Kia PV5 purchase provides access to B2B services including ChargeFleet management, Greenstrum charging-infrastructure support, Power-on-Wheels mobile charging and the Evro charging app network. ACMobility said Evro has more than 100,000 registered users and allows drivers to locate DOE-accredited chargers, plan routes, monitor charging sessions and make digital payments across its network and partner operators.
The Kia PV5 Cargo launch also highlights ACMobility fleet services.
