This technology achieves a 77.8% battery integration efficiency (the highest globally for CTB batteries), a 24.4% overall performance improvement, and a 17mm height reduction. It boasts a maximum battery capacity of up to 150 kWh and a theoretical CLTC recharge range exceeding 1200 km. Rigorous safety measures include a downward-facing pressure relief valve and a 14-layer robust physical protection system.
  • Xiaomi Die-Casting: Xiaomi unveiled its self-developed Xiaomi Die-Casting T9100 cluster and proprietary die-casting alloy material, Xiaomi Titans Metal. This positions Xiaomi as the only domestic automaker to research both large die-casting and materials. The T9100 cluster enables the remarkable integration of 72 components into the Xiaomi EV’s rear underbody, reducing welded joints by 840, decreasing car weight by 17%, and significantly lowering production hours by 45%.
