Kuro Games has rolled out the Wuthering Waves 3.2 update, bringing new story content, a fresh playable character, and expanded endgame challenges to the action RPG.
The update is now available worldwide and centers on Sigrika, a new Resonator, alongside additions to the game’s high-difficulty systems and quality-of-life improvements.
New Resonator Sigrika headlines Version 3.2
Version 3.2 introduces Sigrika, a Resonator tied to the Royan Runes and a student from Startorch Academy.
She joins the roster as a story-driven character tied closely to the update’s narrative arc, positioning her as a key figure in the new chapters. Her release also comes with dedicated showcase and combat preview content highlighting her playstyle.
New story chapters expand main narrative
The update continues the main storyline with two new entries. Players will now have access to “Chapter III Act IV: Gold Suspended in Shadows” and the “Segue: Afterstory – Rabbit Reflected in Shades.”
These additions push forward the game’s central plot while linking directly to Sigrika’s introduction and role in the current arc.
Endgame content gets new challenge cycles
Wuthering Waves 3.2 expands its high-level content through updates to the Endstate Matrix, the game’s recurring endgame challenge mode.
A new system called Challenge Cycles introduces rotating stages, starting with the Doomsday Cycle, designed to test optimized builds and late-game team compositions.
Additional combat content includes the Hyvatia Tactical Hologram, offering another high-difficulty encounter for players seeking progression beyond the main story.

New events, weapons, and cosmetics added
The update also rolls out multiple limited-time events and new gear, including:
- Soar to the Beat, a rhythm-based event
- Gift of Solsworn, a login reward campaign
- Knights of the Wild, a new challenge-focused event
New equipment such as Solsworn Ciphers weapons has been added, alongside cosmetic updates like QUEEN and VIOLET motorbike liveries.
Gameplay improvements target progression and performance
Version 3.2 introduces several system updates aimed at streamlining progression and improving performance across platforms.
Players can now claim completed Resonator trial rewards instantly without repeating challenges. Echo management has also been expanded with editable loadout plans, sharing features, and a Smart Discard system to optimize inventory handling.
Traversal sees adjustments through an improved Expedition Motorbike Autopilot, while performance upgrades include a High Quality mode for mobile devices and increased render distance options on PC.
What’s next for Wuthering Waves
With Version 3.2 now live, Wuthering Waves continues to build toward deeper endgame systems while expanding its narrative content.
The introduction of Challenge Cycles and new high-difficulty modes signals a stronger focus on long-term progression, while Sigrika’s release anchors the current story update.
As more events roll out throughout the patch cycle, players can expect continued updates tied to both gameplay systems and seasonal content.
