Samsung Unveils Galaxy Buds4 Series With Upgraded Hi-Fi Sound, Adaptive AI Controls
Samsung Electronics has officially launched the new Galaxy Buds4 series, composed of the Galaxy Buds4 Pro and Galaxy Buds4. The latest generation focuses on delivering high-fidelity audio, adaptive intelligence, and improved all-day comfort through a redesigned fit and upgraded sound hardware.
Samsung positions the Buds4 lineup as its most advanced earbuds yet, combining computational design, AI-powered audio tuning, and deeper ecosystem integration.
Computational Design for Comfort and Stability
The Galaxy Buds4 series introduces a new blade design identity, developed through analysis of hundreds of millions of ear data points and more than 10,000 simulations. The result is a slimmer, more ergonomic earbud head designed for greater stability during extended wear.
The Buds4 Pro adopts a canal-fit design for immersive listening and enhanced functionality, while the Buds4 features an open-fit architecture aimed at users who prefer a lighter, more breathable feel.
Samsung also refined usability details. The stabilized blade includes a metal finish with an engraved pinch-control area for easier tactile interaction. A new transparent clamshell charging case improves convenience while showcasing the updated design.
Color options include White and Black with a matte finish for both models, along with an online-exclusive Pink Gold option for the Buds4 Pro.

Wider Woofer and Enhanced Hi-Fi Performance
The Galaxy Buds4 Pro introduces a newly designed wider woofer that increases the effective vibration area by nearly 20% compared to the previous generation, without compromising wearability. Paired with a dedicated tweeter, the two-way speaker system supports 24-bit/96kHz audio for high-resolution playback.
Samsung says the updated driver system delivers deeper bass, clearer mids, and richer treble, enabling more accurate reproduction of both low-frequency instruments and high-frequency detail. The speaker placement is also optimized to enhance Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) performance while minimizing wind interference.
Smarter ANC and Adaptive EQ
The Galaxy Buds4 series builds on Samsung’s adaptive audio technologies with enhanced ANC and Adaptive EQ.
The improved Active Noise Cancellation is designed to suppress low-frequency sounds such as engine noise during bus, train, or airplane travel while maintaining balanced audio output. Enhanced Adaptive ANC and EQ analyze ear shape and wearing conditions in real time, automatically adjusting frequency response and noise-canceling algorithms for a more personalized listening experience.
For calls, Super Clear Call leverages super wideband technology and machine learning-based noise reduction to double the bandwidth of conventional Bluetooth calls. The system is designed to keep voices crisp and clear even in crowded or noisy environments.
Deeper Galaxy AI and Ecosystem Integration
The Galaxy Buds4 series expands integration within the Galaxy ecosystem. Users can activate AI agents such as Bixby, Gemini, and Perplexity using hands-free voice commands, enabling tasks without reaching for a smartphone.
Setup is streamlined for Galaxy users. Opening the charging cradle automatically prompts pairing, even without installing the Galaxy Wearable app. Audio settings such as EQ and volume can be adjusted through quick shortcuts in the device’s Quick Panel.

The Galaxy Buds4 Pro also introduces Head Gesture controls, allowing users to manage calls or interact with AI using simple head movements, adding another layer of hands-free convenience.

Launching alongside the Samsung Galaxy S26 series, the Galaxy Buds4 series is available for pre-order starting today in select markets, with general availability beginning March 11.
