Netflix Drops ‘ONE PIECE: Into the Grand Line’ Season 2 Trailer, Announces 13 Global Fan Events
Netflix has released the official trailer for ONE PIECE: Into the Grand Line, confirming the highly anticipated return of the live-action series on March 10. Alongside the trailer launch, the streaming giant announced 13 global fan screenings and activations leading up to the Season 2 premiere.
The second season pushes Monkey D. Luffy and the Straw Hat Pirates into the Grand Line — a legendary and dangerous stretch of sea that marks a major turning point in the story.
Season 2 Raises the Stakes in the Grand Line
ONE PIECE: Into the Grand Line continues the Straw Hats’ journey as they encounter more powerful enemies and increasingly unpredictable islands in their search for the world’s greatest treasure.
Produced by Tomorrow Studios (an ITV Studios partner) in partnership with Shueisha and Netflix, the live-action adaptation remains based on Eiichiro Oda’s globally bestselling manga, which has surpassed 500 million copies sold worldwide.
Upon its debut in 2023, the series spent eight weeks on Netflix’s Global Top 10, reached No. 1 in over 75 countries, and became the first Netflix English-language series to debut at No. 1 in Japan. The show has since accumulated nearly 100 million views and earned 11 Children’s & Family Emmy Award nominations.
Netflix has already renewed the series for Season 3.
