LG Electronics has partnered with Sedition to expand its LG Gallery+ service, adding more than 300 digital artworks to its Smart TV platform.
The move reinforces LG’s push to position televisions as digital canvases, offering curated visual content that extends beyond traditional entertainment.
Expanded catalog blends curated and exclusive works
With Sedition’s integration, LG Gallery+ now offers over 5,000 artworks spanning fine art, photography, and video-based digital formats. The update also introduces a selection of exclusive pieces, available only on the platform.
Sedition’s expertise in adapting artworks for screen-based viewing supports LG’s goal of delivering immersive, high-quality visuals tailored for modern displays.
Mix of artists highlights evolving digital art landscape
The collection features works from both emerging and established artists, including SARES, Diego Castro, Mat Collishaw, Mark Titchner, and Lindsay Kokoska.
Their contributions span generative AI art, CGI-driven visuals, and immersive video pieces, reflecting how digital art continues to evolve alongside new technologies.
webOS enables personalized, ambient viewing
Powered by LG’s webOS platform, Gallery+ allows users to tailor their viewing experience based on mood, style, or setting. Beyond static images, the platform supports dynamic video artworks and integrates background audio, turning TVs into ambient display systems.
