HONOR Philippines has announced the winner of its nationwide “Win a Tesla Cybertruck” promotion tied to the launch of the HONOR X9d 5G, reinforcing the strong consumer interest in the mid-range smartphone.
The official draw took place on February 3, 2026, and was conducted under the supervision of a Department of Trade and Industry representative. Lorelyn Felonia of Quezon City emerged as the grand prize winner after purchasing 10 units of the HONOR X9d 5G during the promo period.
Launched on January 9, 2026, the “Win a Tesla Cybertruck” campaign aimed to reward buyers who pre-ordered the HONOR X9d 5G, a smartphone positioned by HONOR as a rugged, high-value option in the mid-range segment.
HONOR X9d 5G: Durability and Performance in the Midrange
The HONOR X9d 5G entered the Philippine market with a focus on durability, battery life, and balanced performance. It features a 6.79-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and peak brightness up to 6,000 nits, supporting smooth visuals and outdoor visibility.
Under the hood, the X9d 5G runs on a Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 processor paired with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. HONOR’s RAM Turbo technology also provides virtual memory expansion for smoother multitasking.
In photography, the main 108-megapixel camera with optical and electronic image stabilization aims to deliver detailed daytime and low-light shots, aided by AI tools for editing and creative effects.
One of the standout features of the HONOR X9d 5G is its 8,300mAh silicon-carbon battery that supports extended use for streaming, gaming, and calls. It also supports 66W HONOR SuperCharge to quickly replenish power.

In the Philippines, the HONOR X9d 5G has been marketed as a rugged yet capable mid-range smartphone at an introductory price of ₱17,999 during its pre-order window, with a standard price around ₱18,999.
