Lenovo will return to CES 2027 with its Tech World innovation event at Sphere in Las Vegas, where Chairman and CEO Yuanqing Yang is set to present the company’s latest developments in hybrid artificial intelligence (AI).
Scheduled for January 6, the keynote will focus on Lenovo’s Hybrid AI strategy, which connects personal, enterprise and public AI capabilities across devices, infrastructure, software and services. The event will form part of the CES keynote lineup and will also be streamed globally.
Tech World is open to credentialed CES attendees, with additional speakers and logistical details expected to be announced later this month, Lenovo said.
Lenovo outlines its Human + AI approach
Lenovo’s presentation will build on its Smarter AI for All vision, with the company positioning hybrid AI as a way to combine human judgment with AI capabilities across different environments.
The company plans to highlight three areas: personalized AI experiences, efficiency across the AI technology stack, and systems designed to give users greater control over their data.
For consumers, Lenovo said it will showcase a connected personal AI experience spanning PCs, smartphones, wearables and emerging ambient devices. The goal is to make AI capabilities work across multiple devices rather than remain limited to a single product.
For businesses, the company plans to demonstrate how its Hybrid AI portfolio can support AI deployment across infrastructure and workplace operations. This includes AI systems built around enterprise data, as well as efforts to integrate AI into business processes.
Lenovo Chairman and CEO Yuanqing Yang said the company’s approach centers on combining human and artificial intelligence.
“The opportunity ahead is about combining the best of human intelligence and artificial intelligence to create entirely new possibilities; the future is not AI or human, it is Human + AI,” Yang said.
He added that Lenovo’s Hybrid AI strategy is designed to improve efficiency while addressing security and privacy.
Lenovo reports growth in AI-related revenue
The upcoming event follows a strong financial period for Lenovo, according to the company.
Lenovo reported revenue of US$83.1 billion for its latest fiscal year, which it described as its strongest on record. It also reported a 42% year-on-year increase in revenue for the first quarter of fiscal year 2026/27, with AI-related revenue growing 60%.
The figures reflect Lenovo’s push to expand its AI business across consumer devices, enterprise solutions and infrastructure. The company is expected to use Tech World to outline how these areas fit into its broader product and business strategy.
Tech World returns to Sphere
Lenovo held Tech World at Sphere during CES 2026, using the venue’s immersive displays for a presentation of its technology roadmap. That event featured Lenovo and Motorola Qira, next-generation AI PCs and smartphones, agentic AI device concepts, enterprise AI infrastructure and technology collaborations.
For the 2027 edition, Lenovo plans to combine its product announcements with an immersive presentation at the venue. The company has yet to announce the full speaker lineup or additional event logistics.
