HUAWEI is bringing its latest smartwatches to the Philippines this October, with the HUAWEI WATCH GT 7 Series and HUAWEI WATCH D3 now open for reservations ahead of their local release.
The two wearables target different use cases, with the WATCH GT 7 Series focused on sports, outdoor tracking, and everyday health monitoring, while the WATCH D3 puts greater emphasis on blood pressure and cardiovascular health tracking.
Targeting sports and everyday health
The HUAWEI WATCH GT 7 Series combines a titanium alloy design with HUAWEI’s latest sports and health tracking technologies.
The smartwatch features HUAWEI’s Accurate Sunflower Positioning System with AI-XDR Positioning for outdoor tracking and supports more than 100 workout modes.
HUAWEI also uses its TruSense health monitoring platform to provide health-related insights, including Physical Readiness tracking and features tied to the company’s health research programs.
Battery life is rated at up to 21 days, depending on usage and configuration.
The GT 7 Series also introduces HUAWEI’s EasyCross strap and an octagonal case design, combining the smartwatch’s sports-oriented features with a more lifestyle-focused appearance.
WATCH D3 focuses on blood pressure monitoring
The HUAWEI WATCH D3 takes a more specialized approach, building around the company’s wrist-based Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitoring (ABPM) technology.
Its 11.3mm-thick body is designed for all-day wear, while an ultra-narrow airbag strap enables automated blood pressure measurements over a 24-hour period.
According to HUAWEI, the WATCH D3 reduces the number of daily blood-pressure measurement inflations from 27 on the previous generation to seven.
The smartwatch also includes Health Glance, ECG and PPG monitoring, and AI-assisted health insights. HUAWEI says its ECG and PPG features are CE-certified.
HUAWEI offers up to ₱6,000 in reservation savings
HUAWEI will sell the WATCH GT 7 Series and WATCH D3 through its online store and official stores on Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.
The HUAWEI Online Store will accept reservations from September 25 to October 1 with a ₱500 deposit and discounts of up to ₱6,000. From October 2 to 31, early-bird buyers can receive a ₱2,500 voucher and an additional ₱3,000 discount. Buyers who purchase through Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok Shop from October 2 to 10 can get ₱4,000 off.
The launch follows HUAWEI’s reported growth in the global wearable market. Citing IDC’s wrist-worn device market report for the first half of 2026, HUAWEI said it held more than 20% of the global market and ranked first in the Philippines during the same period.
The company said the new WATCH GT 7 Series and WATCH D3 continue its focus on specialized sports and health features across its wearable lineup.
