This is coming on the heels of after rival Nikon who also recently announced its own full-frame mirrorless camera system, the announcement of the EOS R means that Japanese camera giants are now entering the high-end mirrorless seriously after years of putting out half-hearted responses to the likes of Sony and Fujifilm. Let&#8217;s watch the video to see what Canon is offering.<br \/>\nhttps:\/\/youtu.be\/3uAxIA6I_BE<br \/>\nAs we previously reported <a href=\"http:\/\/www.techbeatph.com\/wproot\/2018\/08\/25\/nikon-steps-mirror-less-full-frame-camera\/\">here<\/a> the EOS R camera is built around a 30.3-megapixel full-frame sensorand has an ISO range of 100-40,000. The sensor uses Canon&#8217;s dual-pixel autofocus and is paired with the DIGIC 8 image processor. There\u2019s a fully articulated touchscreen as well as an electronic view finder which is OLED and also present on the top screen.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.techbeatph.com\/wproot\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/Canon-EOS-R-Sytem-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"450\" height=\"231\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-8388\" \/><br \/>\nThe first EOS R lenses that will be released are the 24-105mm f\/4 L, and the 50mm f\/1.2mm L, a 28-70mm f\/2 L, and a 35mm f\/1.8 macro.
