vivo Philippines<\/a> and personalization brand Markd are bringing laser engraving into the in-store shopping experience through \u201cMy vivo, My Mark,\u201d an activation that lets customers personalize select vivo devices and merchandise.<\/p>\n

The first Philippine in-store collaboration between vivo and Markd was held at the vivo Concept Store at SM Mall of Asia on August 8 and 9, using xTool laser customization technology.<\/p>\n

The activation will continue at the vivo Concept Store in SM North EDSA on August 15 and 16, giving more customers a chance to try the personalization service.<\/p>\n

Customers can personalize vivo devices and merchandise<\/h4>\n

\u201cMy vivo, My Mark\u201d gives existing vivo<\/a> users and new customers several ways to customize products.<\/p>\n

Existing vivo users who brought their smartphones to the SM Mall of Asia activation could purchase a limited-edition vivo aluminum tumbler for \u20b199, with on-site laser engraving available for personalization.<\/p>\n

Customers who purchased eligible vivo Y31d smartphones or vivo TWS earphones during the activation also received complimentary engraving.<\/p>\n

Personalization is limited to up to five English letters or numbers, which can be engraved on the back panel of the vivo Y31d or the charging case of eligible vivo TWS earphones.<\/p>\n

Turning everyday tech into something personal<\/h4>\n

The activation shifts personalization from an online or after-sales service into part of the physical retail experience.<\/p>\n

Rather than simply purchasing a device, customers can add a personal mark to products they use regularly, whether through an engraved smartphone, TWS charging case, or customized tumbler.<\/p>\n

For vivo, the collaboration also gives customers another way to interact with its products inside its stores, combining hardware with a hands-on customization experience.<\/p>\n

Following its SM Mall of Asia debut, \u201cMy vivo, My Mark\u201d will continue at the vivo Concept Store in SM North EDSA on August 15 and 16.<\/p>\n
