Angelique takes the time to understand herself, her needs, weaknesses, and strengths. \u201cWhen I do, my relationship with myself becomes worry-proof because I get to show up with full confidence and trust in the person I am,\u201d she explains.<\/p>\n

To show herself real love, Angelique embraces vulnerability and growth. \u201cIt starts with putting down all my walls, trying to stay attuned with my core. That\u2019s the greatest gift I could give myself\u2014being kinder transforms into real love.\u201d<\/p>\n

For Roce, family is where love feels like home, even when they\u2019re apart. No matter how hectic life gets, staying connected keeps their bond worry-proof. \u201cCommunication makes my family worry-proof,\u201d she says.<\/p>\n
