PHILIPPINES, APRIL 12, 2022 \u2014 Coins.ph, the Philippines’ premier fiat and crypto wallet services provider, announced today that it has completed its acquisition by Joffre Capital, a global technology buyout firm, and has acquired all necessary regulatory clearances.<\/p>\n

The company’s new shareholders and management team, led by Wei Zhou, the former chief financial officer of global crypto exchange Binance, have recently joined the company and will focus on blockchain and digital asset activities.<\/p>\n

Existing products and services will be preserved in the app, but will be updated to provide a more seamless user experience. Web3 will be the focus of Coins.ph’s future activities, with new crypto products and services slated to launch later this year.<\/p>\n
