Honor of Kings Plus Brings Personalized Heroes and Features

Evolution into Honor of Kings Plus

Honor of Kings isn’t just patching bugs anymore. It’s leaping forward. The all-new Honor of Kings Plus update, rolling out June 24, transforms the world’s most-played MOBA into a deeper, more personalized experience. The name says it all—this isn’t incremental content. This is an evolution fueled by player feedback. Expect smoother gameplay loops, richer progression systems, and community-inspired quality-of-life improvements—packed into a free update.

Game Producer Dean Huang put it bluntly: “We had to push ourselves. Honor of Kings Plus needed to outpace expectations.” And he means it. The dev team spent months combing through forums, tracking feature requests, and hunting down pain points. The result? A version bump that feels like a brand-new game.

Flowborn: Your Own In-Game Avatar

Meet Flowborn—the first avatar you truly tailor to yourself. Not another cookie-cutter Hero, but an extension of you on the Rift.

Appearance, skin tone, outfits—you pick it. Unlock hairstyles, weapons, even backdrops for your custom 2D poster complete with stickers and nameplates. Suddenly, you aren’t just picking a lane. You’re crafting an identity.

Flowborn’s combat system adapts too. Swap weapons mid-match to shift lanes. Tweak your attribute buffs on the fly. Marksman arrives June 24. Tank and Mage variants follow in July. It’s an avatar for every playstyle—and a bold statement that MOBA customization has room to grow.

Spotlight on Skills: Ratings, Stars, and Highlights

Losing a game still means something. Honor of Kings Plus introduces a revamped scoring system that rewards highlights, not just wins.

Your Result Points combine match victory with Personal Performance Points—a mix of basic metrics and “Highlight Moments.” Think solo tower takedowns that segue into crystal dives. Or a clutch 1v9 that doesn’t net you the W but still earns you Stars.

Ratings run from C up to SSS, with tier-based bonus points clearly laid out to avoid confusion. Even non-MVPs can snag Stars if they secure gold medals or ace key objectives. It’s a mentality shift: the system acknowledges effort, galvanizes improvement, and keeps you chasing those highlight captures.

Breaking Language Barriers with Voice-to-Text Translation

Global squads need seamless comms. Honor of Kings Plus bridges tongues with real-time voice-to-text transcription and translation.

Starting June 24, Chinese, English, Indonesian, and Malay speakers can speak freely—text pops up in your language. No more frantic Google Translate detours. The devs promise more dialects on the roadmap, too. Friends list or random match, this feature makes coordination less of a chore and more of a competitive edge.

Battlefield Balancing: Map and Spawn Tweaks

The Rift itself gets an overhaul. Honor of Kings Plus rebalances minion waves, sprites, and turrets for a more dynamic mid lane.

Mid-lane minions increase to four, eliminating dead-zone pushes. The Central River Sprite vanishes entirely—no more unpredictable ganks. Top and bottom River Sprites get fresh respawn timers, buffs, and AI tweaks aimed at smooth flow. The Red Falcon sees revised spawn windows and reward drops.

Late-game clogs clear up when Super Minions shed health and damage. Turret shields get smart reworks to avoid frustrating bouncebacks. And the Teleport skill gains permanent access plus clearer visuals. When every second counts, these map updates streamline action and reduce chaotic stalemates.

Honor Pass Overhaul and Seasonal Rewards

Honor Pass was overdue for a facelift—and Honor of Kings Plus delivers. The new mission system takes center stage, making missions the primary source of reward-earning.

Complete Honor Pass tasks, unlock Highlight Moments, or finish daily campaigns to snag XP. Level up seamlessly. For June’s launch, every player gets an Elite Pass free for one month. The debut Pass is KWC-themed—hit Level 1 for the Nuwa-Syzygy Moonlight skin, surge to Level 80 to claim Alessio’s EWC skin, no extra spend required.

Ready for even more? Deluxe Pass purchasers receive 398 bonus tokens applicable to the next or future Pass. It’s a forward-thinking design that encourages long-term engagement without punishing casual players.

Limited-Time Freebies and Skin Promotions

Honor of Kings Plus kicks off with a Freebie Frenzy. From June 19, complete event tasks to earn tokens. Update on June 24, redeem those tokens for a 1,688-Token Skin Voucher. From June 28–30, use that voucher on any skin released before January 1, 2025—no minimum spend, no bundled restrictions. One voucher, one skin.

Plus, every skin launched before June 24 is free to use from June 28–30, limited and legendary editions included. Dive into wardrobe experimentation. Demo that spotlight skin you’ve been eyeing. It’s a three-day window of pure aesthetic freedom—a celebration of community feedback and developer gratitude.
