a. Proceed to Asus Technology Philippines Inc. Located at 4th Floor Ortigas Center Pasig City, from Mondays thru Fridays 10 AM to 5:00 PM (except holidays)
b. Submit the following documents (clear copy) to asusredemption@gmail.com
– Original Receipt of the Purchased Item
– Valid ID of the end-user who purchased the item (Name Should be the same as on the receipt)

B. For Provincial Residents:
